Grassland improvement is an important part of ecological grassland animal husbandry, which plays a key role in promoting the improvement of ecological environment and increasing the income of herdsmen. Microbial fertilizer and soil aeration have some improvement on natural grassland soil, this research is based on the measurement of improvement effect. Our experiment plots locate in Inner Mongolia University grassland ecology research base of Maodeng pasture of Inner Mongolia Xilinhot city, both L.chinensis grassland and Stipa grandis grassland have an independent experiment plot, field sampling from 2014 to 2015 used different types of microbial fertilizer and aeration treatment in each plot. By analyzing grass growing pattern, community structure, soil physical and chemical properties, we got some conclusion to provide new methods and technical support for the improvement of grassland pasture by expanding this research and in-depth discussions. The main results are as follows:1、Under the treatment of vinasse fertilization community density increased 64.90%, biomass of L.Chinensis increased 5.41g/m2, total N of biomass and total N of community increased 5% and 23.28% on L. Chinensi grassland.Community biomass and biomass of L.Chinensis increased 13% and 296.47% respectively on Stipa grandis grassland.Fertility also improve enzyme activitie and improve biomass and soil integrally.It is an effective microbial fertilize to improve grassland.2、Under the treatment of Humic acid,biomass of L.Chinensis and community decreased 2.03g/m2 and 19.61g/m2 respectively,total N of biomass decreased 24.24% on L. Chinensi grassland. On Stipa grandis grassland these indicators also reduced slightly. Humic acid reduced the productive forces of grassland.It does not suitable to grassland restoration and improvement.3、Alginate goes against to the growth of L. Chinensis on L. Chinensi grassland, but it improve the growth of Stipa grandis,which increse 62.71g/m2.On Stipa grandis grassland biomass of Stipa grandis increased 25.98 g/m2.However, comprehensive consideration, it is a low efficient approch.4、Under the treatment of three microbial fertilizers mixing on L. Chinensi grassland community yield increased 6.01 g/m2, L. chinensis production increased 27.54 g/m2, L. chinensis nitrogen content increased 23.30%, Enzyme activity at a higher level. On Stipa grandis grassland biomass of L.Chinensis increased 4.78g/m2,other indicators also had a little increase.It can raise the productivity of grassland.5、Aeration on the grassland shows negative effect on microbial fertilizer efficiency. We suggest not to apply microbial fertilize with aeration.6、Microbial fertilize shows the same tendency and effect on L.chinensis grassland and Stipa grandis grassland, but the fertilizer efficiency is lower on Stipa grandis grassland.Humic acid and alginate has stronger inhibitory of L. Chinensis.
