Straw Fiber Extruder was a new type of straw utilization device,This kind of straw fiber extrusion machine is able to process straw of crops that were cut、washed、soaked into straw fiber to make straw mulch. However, because of the different characteristics of the raw material with other granular materials, Therefore, the requirements for its ancillary equipment is relatively special. Now the mainstream delivery device on the market can not meet its special characteristics of the material. For making the crop straw be soaked、washed、transported and feed continuously.In this paper we according to the traditional conveyor and auger delivery and remake them.At the same time analysis the device in theory、design the 3D-model.The main contents and achievement can be summarized as follows:(1)Took rice, soybean and corn straw as the research object, made the straw saturated water content, and measuring the bulk density of different straw length. Test results showed that the bulk density of the three crops increased with the decrease of the length of straw. At the same time, Single factor experiment was carried out to measure the angle of sliding friction of thr ee kinds of straw with the steel plate, the rubber flat. Five kinds of straw with the moisture content of 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% and saturated water content were tested. The experimental results showed that for the three kinds of test straw, In five different state of water content, The research object’s friction angle with the rubber is bigger than the research object’s friction angle with the steel plate.(2)A wide range of access to information and the research on the characteristics of straw. For corn stalks,The influence of various factors on the efficiency of rice straw transport by high to low ranking is straw length, feeding rate, screw shaft speed. Parameter combination to meet the feed efficiency 1000kg/h of straw fiber preparation machine is straw length 45~60mm, screw axis rotation speed 210r/min, feed rate 1100~1200kg/h. For soybean straw, The influence of various factors on the efficiency of rice straw transport by high to low ranking is feeding amount, stalk length and screw shaft speed. Parameter combination to meet the feed efficiency 1000kg/h of straw fiber preparation machine is straw length 70~100mm, screw axis rotation speed 215r/min, feed rate 1000~1050kg/h.(4)A gain convey device and a stirring immersion device were designed to cooperate with the forced deeding device, The fem simulation analysis was used to analysis the frame of gain convey device to guarantee the structure reliable. Taking a parameter optimization experiment on cleaning device and conveying device’s operating parameters. Took the rice straw as experimental object. Used the orthogonal experimental and the rotate speed of the stirring device, the rotate speed of dredging device and the amount of straw soaked were investigated. The amount of straw dredged in unit time as test indexes. The experiment results show that the influences of various factors on the amount of dredging showed a proportional relations hip, With the increase of each factor, the amount of dredging is increasing. The effect of the order of the amount of dredging is the rotate speed of dredging device, the rotate speed of the stirring device, the amount of straw soaked. When the rotate speed of dredging device was 110r/min, the rotate speed of the stirring device was 90r/min and the amount of straw soaked was 30 kg is able to meet the requirements of fiber production machine 1000 kg/h feed rate.
