Rice seedlings with precise seeding technique can not only save 30-50%good varieties, but also can develop a neat growth robust, suitable for machine operation of high quality seedlings. Especially in the north cold rice growing area, after transplant into the fields by machine, these strong seedlings can not only get less hurt but also get lower temperature resistant, faster green returning, more effective tillers, greatly promoted the northern rice yield potential. At present, the domestic and foreign scholars on rice seedlings device related research mainly aimed at the problems of metering device to accurate quantitative take seed, accurate delivery seed and how to reduce the damaged seed rate and the empty position rate. The research on accurate positioning of refined sowing seeds onto seedling bed soil is limited to bowl-growing tray positioning. Relative to planting process of rice seedling on seedling bed by machine, research on seeds positioning on seedling bed soil or other medium is rare, which is more apparent especially in the low-amount seeding condition. Therefore, to carry out the research on positioning precision of seeds for precise-amount seeding device is necessary.The technology of rice seed nursery belt seedling(seed tape seedling) is a simple seedling technology for rice aimed at the existing problems in seedling sowing device, such as poor positioning of seeds, low utilization rate of equipment and over complicated operation process. In this paper, on the basis of existing research, improving designed the fixed-sealing system for seed nursery belt seedlings equipment of rice, optimized relevant parameters by test on fixed-sealing seeds effects of related parameters. The main research results as follows:(1) In this paper, first did the research on physical and mechanical characteristics of rice seed, has analyzed moisture content of super rice sprouts, the size of the three axis, thousand-grain weight, mobility and other physical and mechanical characteristics, the results of the analysis confirmed weight on the tape pressing mechanism will not cause harm to the seeds;(2) Then the paper material and adhesive selection of seeding belt sealing material are studied through experiments. It confirmed wood pulp paper as tape material is the optimal choice, glutinous rice glue as seed with binder is feasible. Brush glue width is in the range of 2.74-4.42 mm through the test;(3) Improving designed the fixed-sealing system for seed nursery belt seedlings equipment of rice, expounded the overall structure and working principle. Made the integrated research and design on the key components of the various components, including: transmission mechanism for the lower belt, ultrasonic ranging control device for the lower belt, glue brushing institution, transmission mechanism for the top belt and the institution for sealing the top belt and the lower belt;(4) Tested the fixed-sealing system for seed nursery belt seedlings equipment of rice. Experimental study is making by using Response Surface Methodology with three factors and three levels, and established mathematical model among the fixed-sealing pressure and speed of roller for glue rope and brush glue width which have great impact on working stability of rice planting with seed seedling device.Then made the analysis of variance analysis and optimization on test data. By using the optimization function on constraint function parameter of Design-Expert8.0.5b, determined the best combination: the fixed-sealing pressure is 50 N, the speed of roller for glue rope is 20r/min, the brush glue width is 3.5mm and the damaged seed rate is 3.866%, with the range of the fixed-sealing pressure is 30~70r/min, the speed of roller for glue rope is 10~30r/min, the brush glue width is 3~4mm. In the meantime, dried seed nursery belts have excellent fixed-sealing effect and not easy to break. Optimized and verified the test results;(5) Field experiment was carried out by using seeding belt, which proved that rice seedling raised by seeding belt is better contrary on ordinary nursery seedling, so is the harvest.
