In the process of continuous social development, the requirements of people’s menu are also become more and more, but the current status of the chicken and the egg is pessimistic under the poor environment of machinery factory though meanwhile ecological way cost too much. Today, people have a new requirement while shopping and eating, they want the freedom to choose, the freedom to customize the products they need, even to watch the growth process of their products through the Internet.In this paper, I design the ecological chicken raising systems to satisfy people’s new requirements. The system is intelligent and ecological; it can also reduce labor costs. The system allows users to watch the growth environment and growth of chickens, and use the numeric description to show the user a more intuitive display of the health of the chicken; either eggs or chicken can allow the user to choose freely. At the same time, the user can select the chicken since the beginning that they were eggs, and can customize the nutrients in the process of growing chicken. The main researches are as follows:Firstly, the basic architecture of the intelligent building complex ecosystems and mechanical structure has been described, including the part of the stadium,sheds and other materials. Playground is a place where chicken walking and eating. Sheds is a place where chicken resting. Material house is assembled by the catching robots and collecting robots. In order to instantly arrest the chicken, I design special support structure inside the material house, and a brief description of the cleaning robots which can do the clean job intelligently.(2) The description of health evaluation system. This part mainly through the sports arena built in the flock visible visual inspection environment to complete, real-time video image obtain different time intervals to complete the detection of small movements and macro movements of chicken, the result is called micro-motor activity and gross motor activity; and take the image of ROI diet-related to analysis of the status of diet indecently, called the health of drinking and eating. This health index including four kinds of comprehensive indicators so that the experts can expertise through it, and the users can set their own indicators to choose the way of raising chicken. At the same time, the user can watch the real-time video of growth of chicken by the app on the internet. The system allows users to create their own mathematical models.(3) The description of collecting robots and the process to order eggs. Ordering part is mainly completed by the users selecting eggs through the app. We pick the collecting egg robot which has arms designed by a flexible structure that can provide appropriate pressure. Then I describe how to locate the eggs form the image, it is based on a transition technology between image coordinate and mechanical arm coordinates. I also describe how to determine the place where we should put eggs onto.(4) The description of purchase of chicken and catching chicken robots. In this part, in order to arrest chicken effectively. I design a specifically cages and a matched robot structure to complete this target. Inside the chicken shed, i use two kinds of cameras vision system including visible light camera and thermal camera. The visible light camera will shoot images and deliver to the user when the chicken are sleepy, and gradually reducing the visible light until the shed becomes dark, then the thermal camera will work to detect the movement of chicken, this system will assure chicken get enough rest. When purchase of chicken,users pick the chicken they want through the visible light image, then orders are transmitted back to the chicken farms,and catching robot do their jobs. In this process, due to the larger field of vision, so it is necessary to correct the factors which cause bad influence to our precision.(5) For VIP users who customized the whole chicken shed, i design a specific device system to hatch eggs and nutrient transport.The description of the app and data transfer. The app must be designed powerful to complete the above functions. On the transmission of data, the basic data such as the chicken farm’s environment, the health degree, and the orders is small so we can use our own website and database to do the analysis. But to the public and unidirectional data such as video and pictures, we can use free video broadcast site resources to connect to the app, because the way is more economic and efficient.
