| The meris of the boar semen quality is not only influenced by genetic factors,individual differences, diet, environmental factors, and also influenced by the semen collection frequency. Thus research the change of the semen quality at difference frequencies has a high value and significance as to determine the optimctioal frequency of semen collection and analysis of factors affecting the quality of boar semen. The test detected the basic indicators of boar semen quality, performance parameters of sperm motility, seminal plasma ion component, seminal plasma biochemical composition and activity of antioxidant enzymes in the seminal plasma, etc, and explored the correlation among the boar semen quality parameters, seminal plasma ion composition, biochemical composition,antioxidant enzyme activity.This study obtained the following results: 1.With the improvement of the semen collection frequency, the sperm density, vitality and the total number of the sperm all show up a trend of gaussian distribution, and three indexes all reached maximum when the semen collection frequency at 1times/72 h. In addition, the semen density at the frequency at 1times/72 h is significantly higher than 1times/120 h and 1times/24 h(P < 0.05); the vitality, motility, volume and the total number of the sperm have no significant difference when the semen collection at 1times/120 h, 1times/96 h, 1times/72 h, 1times/48 h(P > 0.05), but were significantly higher than 1times/24 h(P < 0.05).2.When the semen collection frequency at 1times/120 h, 1times/96 h, the Sperm malformation rate at about 5%; when the semen collection reached 1times/48 h, 1times/24 h, the Sperm malformation rate all exceed 20%; when the semen collection frequency at 1times/120 h, 1times/96 h, 1times/72 h, the integrity of the sperm acrosome have no significant difference among each other(P> 0.05), but all significantly higher than 1times/48 h,1times/24 h(P < 0.05).3.The concentration of the Mg2+ at 1times/72 h significantly higher than 1times/24 h, 1times/120 h(P < 0.05); the concentration of the Ca2+ reached maximum at 1times/96 h, but have no significant difference with other semen collection frequency(P > 0.05); the concentration of the K+ reached maximum at 1times/48 h and have no significant difference with 1times/24 h(P > 0.05), but all significantly higher than 1times/72 h, 1times/96 h, 1times/120 h(P < 0.05); the concentration of the Zn2+ reached maximum at 1times/72 h, and significantly higger than 1times/120 h(P < 0.05), but have no significantly difference with 1times/24 h, 1times/48 h, 1times/96 h(P > 0.05); the Cu2+ reached maximum at 1times/72 h, which significantly higher than 1times/48 h, 1times/96 h, but have not present significantly difference with 1times/24 h, 1times/120 h(P > 0.05).4.The Acid Phosphatase(ACP),Neutral Alphaglucoside enzyme,L-carnitine,BCA Protein have no significant difference among each other(P >0.05); the citric acid at 1times/72 h significantly higher than 1times/120 h, 1times/96 h, 1times/24 h(P <0.05); the lactic dehydrogenase at 1times/72 h significantly lower than 1times/120 h, 1times/96 h, 1times/24 h(P <0.05); the concentration of fructose at 1times/120 h, 1times/96 h have no significantly difference, but all significantly higher than 1times/72 h, 1times/48 h, 1times/24 h.5.The Neutral Alphaglucoside(NAG)enzyme present significant positive correlation with the sperm’s density, motility, viability(P<0.05); the Acid Phosphatase(ACP) present significant positive correlation with the sperm’s motility, viability(P<0.05); the Aitric Acidpresent significant positive correlation with motility(P<0.05); Significant positive correlation was presented between the L-carnitine with the sperm’s volume, density, motility, viability; No significant correlation was presented between the BCA Protein Assay Kit and semen indicators; the fructose present negative correlation the sperm’s density(P<0.05), but present significant positive correlation with semen volume and motility(P<0.05); thelactic dehydrogenase present negative correlation with sperm’s motility and viability. The Antioxidant Enzyme System of SOD, CAT reached maximum at 1times/72 h, CAT reached maximum at 48h; GSH-PX present significant positive correlation with motility and vitality. |
