| In this study, the ticks collected from the goats in hunan hengyang region are identified by morphological and molecular biological method. The bacteria carried by the female adult tick is analyzed with PCR-DGGE, the results are as follows:1.The ticks collected from the goats in hunan hengyang region was observed under the stereo-microscope, its chief morphology characteristics are:the basis capituli is hexagonal, the anal groove is behind the anus, Eyes is presen, the shape of the paraproct in males is falciform.2.After amplification, cloning and sequencing, the ITS-1 and Cox-1 sequences of the tick from the goat in hunan hengyang area are verified; the alignment with the sequence in the GenBank database show:the homology between the ITS-1 and DQ8395522 is 100%, the homology between the Cox-1 and JQ737085 is 99.3%.3.the bacteria carried by Rhipicephalus haemaphysaloides are analyzed with PCR-DGGE, the results show that the sequences in nine clearly stripe respectively are related to Coxiella Coxiella sp., Pseudomonas genus (Pseudomonas sp.) Bacillus genera (Bacillus sp.), Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus sp., Nesterenkonia, Symbiotic bacteria and the soil bacterial.2 strains bacteria isolated in this paper are Staphylococcus simulans and bacillus cereus. |
