Longitudinal well-known, traditional energy consumption becomes more and more serious, directly cause environmental pollution, bad weather gradually, seek new energy resources is imminent. Because of using cellulose materials to produce fuel ethanol showed a broad space for development and potential, and now the more to global attention. In this background, this paper experimental study on maize straw two-step saccharification.Based on corn straw as raw material to study the two steps of lignocellulose hydrolysis saccharification:the first step is to dilute sulpHuric acid hydrolysis of hemicellulose get xylose,examines the dilute acid hydrolysis process of corn stalk and acid hydrolysis process optimization best xylose production conditions; The second step is to cultivate have uv induced mixed bacteria to produce cellulose,and then the residue of acid hydrolysis enzyme solution for glucose,to examine the influence factors of cellulase hydrolysis,cellulase hydrolysis is obtained and optimize the process,it is concluded that the best enzyme hydrolysis conditions.By analyzing the influence factors of acid hydrolysis temperature,hydrolysis time,acid concentration,in order to get maximum xylose yield as the index, three times the average,each group of test indicates that the primary and secondary order of factors affecting xylose yield: acid hydrolysis processing time> temperature> acid concentration. Synthetically xylose yield the best process conditions for:26 min acid treatment time,acid concentration was 1%,hydrolysis temperature is 125℃,the highest xylose yield is 36.14%.Develop mixed bacteria by the optimal enzyme production conditions,the measured enzyme activity,the first step to the processed residue enzyme saccharification.with proportion of strains,enzyme solution temperature,initial enzyme solution liquid pH for the study of factors,by single factor design experiment and response surface method,to maximize the reducing sugar yield and enzymatic hydrolysis yield as indicators,each group of test three times the average, it is concluded that the factors affecting the yield of reducing sugar from primary and secondary:mixture ratio>initial enzymolysis liquid pH> enzymolysis reaction temperature.Synthetically reducing sugar yield the best process conditions for:initial enzyme liquid pH 5.1, enzymolysis reaction temperature is 50 ℃,aspergillus Niger and green trichoderma viride ratio is 1.03,average income of xylose yield is 32.84%.Through this article research,to improve the resource utilization of straw and straw involved in the process of producing fuel ethanol fermentation process provides some theory reference and also for fuel ethanol industrialized promotion to do some preparation.
