Tomato is one of main vegetable species of facilities cultivation in the northern area of our country, as one of the important fruit vegetables has been widely popular. Nitrogen is one of the fruits and vegetables in the more important a necessary nutrition elements, the content and form of the decision of the fruits and vegetables in the quality and yield. This test is based on the long-term fertilization, the tomato cultivar ’liao yuan duo li’as the experimental material. Study under different fertilization conditions by key enzyme activity of nitrogen metabolism in tomato and related metabolism indexes content determination, so as to clarify its effect on nitrogen metabolism of crops, and fruit quality and yield between the relationships. Provide theoretical basis for production practice to improve nitrogen use efficiency and increase crop yield. The main research results are as follows:1. In the whole growth period, nitrogen metabolism key enzyme in tomato:the activity of nitrate reductase (NR), glutamine synthetase (GS), glutamate synthetase (GOGAT) presents first increased and then decreased trend. In the mature period reached its peak. All treatments in each key enzyme activity at different growth stages and nitrogen metabolism was higher than that of the control BNO, the AN2 treatment was highest. Therefore, the NR activity of tomato is leaf> root> stem of each treatment period, the activity of GS is stem> root> leaf, the activity of GOGAT is leaf> root> stem.2. Tomato nitrogen forms:total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, soluble protein and free amino acid content showed a single peak curve during the growth and development stage, and reached the peak value at maturity stage. The nitrogen forms and contents of Tomato in addition to total nitrogen in the mature stage of processing ANPK for the maximum value, and the rest are treated as the maximum value of AN2. Different parts of the tomato plant total nitrogen content in the uprooting of performance was root> leaf> stem, the content of nitrate nitrogen performance was root> stem> leaf, the content of soluble protein expression was leaf> root> stem and free amino acid content of performance was root> leaf> stem.3. The contents of nitrate and nitrite in tomato fruits were the largest in the treatment of BN2, and the lowest in the treatment of AN0.Treatment ANO decreased by 55.89% and 5.46%, respectively, but did not reach a significant level of BNO. Other fertilization treatments were higher than the control BNO. The contents of soluble protein and free amino acid in tomato fruit were the largest in the treatment of AN2, and the lowest in the treatment of BNO.Compared with the control BNO increased by 217.05% and 127.41% respectively, and all reached significant level.4. The plant height and stem diameter of tomato increased with the increase of fertilizer application rate. The chlorophyll content of tomato leaves showed a single peak curve during the whole growth period, and the blank control BNO was the lowest in the treatment of chlorophyll content. Compared with BN0, BN1 and BN2, the content of chlorophyll was BN0<BN1<BN2. Compared with AN0, AN1 and AN2, the contents of chlorophyll content in the treatment of organic fertilizer were ANO<AN1<AN2.5. From the correlation analysis, it can be known that the key enzyme activities of nitrogen metabolism, the different nitrogen forms, the chlorophyll content, the tomato fruit quality and yield are closely related.
