Abstract/Summary:
Resveratrol(Res) is a kind of non-flavonoid compounds with astragalus structure,and a stilbene active substance that exist in peanut,grape,polygonum cuspidatum,it is not only produced plants under the stress of a plant resistance to pathogen attack and the environment deterioration of plant antitoxin,but also has anti-cancer,anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-Oxidant,regulating blood fat,protecting the cardiovascular and many important function of human health. This paper adopts the potted sand culture experiment,that studied the effects of exogenous Phe,Ca and Cu nutrition of resveratrol biosynthesis phthway key enzyme activities and Res content in peanut and peanut quality influence are studied.The results are as follows:1.Exogenous Phe,Ca and Cu three factors,the effect of Cu on the activity of key enzymes (PAL,C4H,4CL and RS) in the resveratrol synthesis pathway in peanut (root,stem and leaf),the effect of Ca and Phe is relatively small.At different growth stages of peanut, treatment 7(Phe3CalCu3)of PAL,C4H,4CL and RS activity are higher than other treat ments.Different levers of fertilization treatments, PAL,C4H,4CL,RS activity in peanut are maximum in the mature period,fruiting period is minimum.2.The effect of exogenous Phe,Ca and Cu on the content of Res in peanut (root,stem and leaf) are from high to low in order of:Cu>Ca>Phe,the effect of Phe on Res content is not significant,Ca and Cu are very significant,the interaction of Ca and Cu content is very significant.In the whole process of growth and development,the content of Res in treatment 7 (Phe3Ca1Cu3) is the highest,and the lowest content of Res is treatment 9 (Phe3Ca3Cu2).All the content of Res in peanut is maximum in the mature period,fruiting period is minimum. Harvesting of peanut in all parts of the peanut to Res alcohol content by high low are as follows:root> stem> seed coating> shell> leaf> kernel, treatment 7 (Phe3Ca1Cu3) of content is the highest and the lowest processing than with a part of Res content is 23%,38%,35%,35%,44%,57%.3.In different peanut parts(root, stem and leaf)of Res content and PAL,C4H,4CL,RS activity show positive correlation and the relationship between RS and Res is more closely.Root,stem and leaf in peanut of PAL,C4H,4CL,RS involve in phenylalanine metabolic pathway of Res generation.4. In different fertilization treatments, treatment 7 (Phe3Ca1Cu3) of peanut yield,Res content,protein content,fat content and AAcontent are highest in peanut kernel,are respectively than theminimum treatment 20.17%,38%,6%,7%,22%.5. The prediction model of Res content in peanut kernel bases on Phe,Ca and Cu,Res(mg·g-1)=0.175-0.001 Ca+0.006Cu+5.622×10-6CaCu+2.083×10-6Ca2+0.033Cu2,R2=0.9 65,SEE=0.00193 mg·g-1.The prediction model of yield in peanut bases on Phe,Ca and Cu, Yield(kg/hm2) =4963.365-0.018Ca+150.659Cu+60.026CaCu+0.024Ca2+1213.070Cu2;R2=0.998,SEE=13.42 3kg/hm2.The prediction model of Res content in peanut kernel bases on the key enzyme activity of resvertrol biosynthesis,Res(mg·g-1)=0.236+0.007X1(RSL45th)-0.006X2(RSL22th)-0.001 X3(PALS8th).R2=0.987,SEE=0.00288mg·g-1.The prediction model of yield in peanut bases on the key enzyme activity of resvertrol biosynthesis and Res content,Yield(kg/hm2)=3087.811+34.115X1(C4HS8th)-20.046X2 (PAL S22th)+4.012X3(PALS22th)+211.922X4(PALL8th). R2=0.999,SEE=15.107 kg/hm2.
