Strawberry is a perennial herbaceous plant which become popular for its colour and lustre is delicious berries. In pursuit of economic efficiency, many farmers applying too much fertilizer in strawberry fruit setting period of strawberry, result in soil pollution and plate.Strawberry cultivation process, on the other hand, by fungal infection such as powdery mildew and Botrytis cinerea. Starscream, caterpillar, also is the main reason that led to the decrease of the strawberry production. Farmers always spraying excessive pesticide is adopted to reduce the strawberry plant diseases and insect pests. Fertilizers, is not only a waste of resource, the excessive application of land and water pollution, but also to cause a decline in fruit quality.. Ca fertilizer can increase the application of strawberry fruit hardness,thus reducing the strawberry produced in the process of storage, transportation, caused by damage to the skin of the rot.In this paper, the strawberry inoculated of AMF and PO respectively, and carries on the processing of different concentration of CaCl2, studied under different concentration of CaCl2,AMF and PO on fruit quality influence; Under different concentration of CaCl2, strawberry metal ion content in the body, the main results were as follows:The results show that the application of AMF and PO can improve the soluble solids content, but with Ca fertilizer application, will reduce the strawberry fruit soluble solids content. A rise in the soluble sugar content of strawberry fruit. But at the same time, soluble acid content also will rise. The change of VC content is mainly caused by the use of CaCl2.When the concentration of CaCl2 application is low, the VC content of treatment group and control group did not exist significant differences, but with the increase of concentration of CaCl2, strawberry VC content also gradually increases. But still the VC content of AMF treatment group and control group had no significant difference, PO group of VC content is significantly higher than the control group of strawberries strawberry.Application of PO on the flavonoids content of strawberry has a significant role in promoting. Increment of flavonoids of CaCl2 fertilization effect is not significant. The total phenol content affected by CaCl2 concentration significantly. Not applying inoculants strawberry as the use of CaCl2 concentration rises, the total phenol content increases, but the use of bacteria agent groups of the total phenol content of strawberry significantly decreasedafter CaCl2 concentration up to 15 mm.After observation applying fungus bacteria agent and CaCl2 strawberry changes, two major anthocyanins content in the second sample, applying inoculants strawberry two anthocyanins content is significantly higher than the control group, the third sampling anthocyanin content and the control group no significant difference.Sampling for the first time, application of PO and K of AMF strawberry ion content is significantly higher than the control group. But late sample measured results showed that the concentration of CaCl2 application of AMF and strawberry ion content of K PO group were lower than the control group. It is worth noting that, after twice sampling of unused CaCl2 strawberry, the second sample K ion content compared with no significant difference, the third sample K ion is significantly higher than control.For Na ions, the influence of sampling for the first time in the results we found that the use of AMF strawberry compared with no significant difference, but the PO group of strawberry Na ion content is significantly higher than the control group. We found no application of fungi in the second sampling of strawberry, with the increase of applying CaCl2 concentration, strawberry Na ion content also increased, but the contents of Na ions in the whole AMF is higher than that of control group, but did not change significantly. PO group of strawberry in the use of low concentration of CaCl2 Na ion concentration is significantly higher than that of control group, but with the increase of applying CaCl2 concentration, cut down the content of Na ions. Sampling for the third time, in a low concentration of CaCl2,AMF and strawberry PO group and the control group had no significant difference, but with the increase of concentration of CaCl2 Na ion concentration is higher.Ca ions content in the strawberry with the use of CaCl2 concentration rises, the causes of this change, we suspect that is because of the use of CaCl2.Mg ion content in the content of sampling for the first time is significantly higher than the control group, but the late sampling results show that the content of Mg ion was not as CaCl2 application or application of bacteria agent make a big difference.The changing rule of the zinc ion is not always with previous results. In the sampling for the first time use of AMF and PO group strawberry zinc content is higher than the control group. Late late but sampling, according to the results of the samples and the changing rule of the first sample is not consistent. Second sampling results show that when applying to 5 mmCaCl2 concentration increase zinc ion content, but rose to 10 mM, CaCl2 concentration control strawberry and application of AMF strawberry zinc ion content continues to increase, but the application of PO group of zinc ion content in strawberry. And sampling for the third time,according to the results of application of CaCl2 concentration of 5 mM, strawberry notes zinc ion content decreased, and when the CaCl2 concentration up to 10 mM, zinc ion content increase.For Fe ion absorption, application of AMF and PO has a promoting effect. Sampling results show that the use of AMF and PO for the first time all can improve the content of Fe ion in strawberry. The result was verified in the late sample. But late in the sampling, use of high concentrations of CaCl2 to cause a decline in Fe ion content. Application of AMF and PO can alleviate this phenomenon.Cu ion content was increased after application of AMF and PO, in the second sample measured results, we found that with the increase of concentration of CaCl2, without use of AMF and PO, Cu ion concentration with CaCl2 concentration rises, the third time in sampling data also proves that this trend will be faster. Application of PO of strawberry in applying CaCl2 concentration of 5 mM, but CaCl2 concentrations continue to rise, strawberry Cu ion concentration in the fall. While applying the AMF is appear the opposite trend. When in use of CaCl2 concentration of 5 mM, Cu ions content is higher, but with the increasing concentration of CaCl2, Cu ion concentration has a downward trend.
