Forests research in China since a national science and technology research project, the construction of the forest tree seed orchard has made significant progress. But due to a lack of scientific management experience and method of seed orchard, the overall production of seed yield and quality is generally low and declining year by year. The fir seed orchard of the third generation of state-owned forest farm located in Fujian province as the research object, a preliminary study of Chinese fir seed orchard of the third generation key technology, efficient management so as to comprehensively carry out efficient management to provide the reference of Chinese fir seed orchard of the third generation.This paper have four different tending measures in state-owned forest farm of fujian province of Chinese fir seed orchard of the third generation, the four different tending measures are:1#. Ordinary tending (full split with hoe+fertilization); 2#. Ordinary tending+truncation; 3#. Ordinary tending+ pruning+drip irrigation; 4#. Ordinary tending drip irrigation+truncation+pruning+dispel. Each processing area of about 6 acres. Set four different tending measures points in the site conditions of the same in 2008 of grafting, grafting in 2009,2010 three seeds of forest age. Comprehensive research, and provide scientific basis for efficient management measures are put forward.(1) The influence of different management measures on soil nutrients. The soil properties difference are very significant, and the soil properties of the differences between each age extremely significant difference in a large number of elements. By LSD multiple comparison analysis shows that N, P, K and organic matter, Ca, Mg content:4> 3> 2> 1, the3 and 4 extremely significant difference, but 1 and 2 have no significant difference; B, Mo content:3>4> 2> 1,3 and 4 were significantly difference, butl and 2 have no significant difference.(2) The different management measures on the growth and needles of nutrient elements influence the parent. According to the survey of the Chinese fir three generations of seed orchard trees, tending measures 1 branch tray number than other tending measures, but the smaller branches thick growth. Tending measures 2 plate number, the crown in the branches and branches of thick growth is slightly lower than 3 tending measures, but is crown rate is higher than tending measures 3; Tending measures 4 in crown breadth, rough growth and positive rate is higher than other tending measures. Between different tending measures fir needles chemical index difference is obvious, and the differences between different age is not big. Acerola nutrient element content comparison results as follows:4> 3> 2> 1.(3) The influence of different management measures on the seed yield. According to the survey of the Chinese fir three generations of seed orchard plant, tending measures 1 branch tray number than other tending measures, but the smaller branches thick growth. Tending measures 4 cone yield relatively more stable, and the cone size, single fruit fresh weight, seed weight and seed yield per plant of various numerical comparison has obvious advantages.(4) The influence of different management measures on seed quality. Chinese fir three generations of seed orchard seed quality are better, tending measures 4 studs are as high as 90.7%,90.9% and 91.9%; Grain is as high as 7.27g and 7.34g and 7.27g; Germination rate is as high as 44.4%.45.3% and 45.3%; Life force is as high as 53.2%,53.6% and 53.6%; Moisture content of 13.4%,13.6% and 13.1%.(5) The influence of different management measures on seedling growth. Tending measures 4 seed seedling cultivation, including plantation age 6 is higher, its average shoot height is 53.4 cm.61.2% higher than the population average, seedling height variation coefficient was 12.55%. the seedling high performance is stable. The average diameter of 0.59 cm, larger than the population average 64.4%, ground diameter variation coefficient was 14.78%, variation range is relatively small.Through the comprehensive analysis shows that in three different fir tree grafting, ordinary tending drip irrigation+pruning+truncation+dispel parenting in improving soil nutrient and plant growth and acerola nutrition, improve the quality of yield and seed cones, raise the quality of stable seedling growth, is the most effective management measures tending.
