Stand structure is the basis of forest Management, and the stand structure is important to its self adjusting, the development direction, the size of the business space and other factors, only to understand the Structural characteristics, IF, and operating conditions of the forest, we can cultivate a healthy and stable forest.The nature Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang protection area in FuJian province, Sanming City, Mingxi County, Hanxian town, Shazhou Kengjia was selected as the study site, and fifteen plots were setup by using measuring tape and compass. Each wood in the plots must be tallied and located, and combined with mathematical model and mathematical statistics methods, The species composition, diameter structure, tree height Structure of the stand were described from the local and global, and the mingling degree, neighborhood comparison, uniform angle index, aggregation index were described from the spatial structure,These results will provide a rational basis foroperating management. The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The species composition of the stand of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang in this region is single, it is constitute by Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang mainly, The distribution of the diameter Structure and tree height Structure on Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang natural forest is present on a asymmetric montiform curve that the middle is higher than those of the sides. In the same height grade, The diameter distribution are present on a symmetric montiform curve that the middle is higher than those of the sides, and in the same diameter grade, the distribution of the height structure is also present on a asymmetric montiform curve that the middle is higher than those of the sides like stands, and their amount of variation all less than the stands, it can according to the situation to fit by normal distribution, weibull distribution or beta distribution.(2)Using mingling degree to study on the tree species segregation degree of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang natural forest showed that, the average tree species segregation degree of the stand of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang in this region is zero to weak, The distribution frequency of the tree species segregation degree is reducing(3)with the increase of mingling degree. The tree species segregation degree of different trees is showed that, the average tree species segregation degree of the stand of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang is presnt on zero and weak, others are present on strength and max strength.(4)Using neighborhood comparison to study on the differentiated degree of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang natural forest showed that, the neighborhood comparison on DBH and crown width is present on a state of the doctrine of the mean, the neighborhood comparison on tree high is present on a slight disadvantage. On the reaction of adjacent trees on coverage, the consistency between DBH and crown width is better than DBH and tree high or tree high and crown width.(5)Using uniform angle index and aggregation index to study on the spatial distribution pattern of Phoebe bournei (Hemsl.) Yang natural forest showed that,the spatial distribution of position of the trees is present on aggregate distribution, the spatial distribution of the nearest neighboring trees On the distance is present on random distribution.
