As the second largest crop only inferior to the grain in the world, vegetable is one of the necessary food in our daily life. Pesticide residues on vegetables is a hot issue in the forefront of research related to pesticides monitoring. Most countries around world, including China, have set a series of standards on pesticide residues on vegetables. However, most of the reason leading to over amount of pesticide residues is the abuse of pesticides in the farming process.Unfortunately, the study on monitoring the use structure of pesticide on vegetables is still very less.To solve this problem, several methods, including big data analysis technology, spot survey, data summary, Cluster Analysis and Analysis of Variance methods were used to supervision analysis of the national using structure, like the variety, consumption, cost and application times of the pesticides on 37 vegetable varieties in 2015. In conclusion, the 37 vegetable varieties were classified into 5 different categories and obtained the dosage, cost, application times and application ratio of each type of different categorical pesticides by statistic. Based on this, we suggest that the standards of the pesticide using structure should be measured in the following three perspectives:the control effect, pesticide residue and economic effect. Further more, the reasonality of pesticide structure could be improved through the four aspects:government supervision, market economy, biotechnology and farmers.
