Objective: Usnea sodium is a broad spectrum antibiotic, is widely used in human medicine, it is an important component of Yunnan Baiyao; for the treatment of bleeding, anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory, wound healing, enhance human immunity. In addition, there are sodium Usnea-cancer, anti-oxidation, corrosion and other effects. Usnea less sodium in animal clinical application as a local trauma medicine research in anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, wound healing,for the future treatment of clinical wound contamination and wound healing has great significance.For this experiment by studying the effect of sodium usnic antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and wound healing, and as a treatment for infections in clinical pollution record Usnea sodium sensitive strains foundation.Method: To isolate and culture from outpatient Pro mixed bacteria purulent bacteria were obtained and diagnosis. Identification of isolated bacteria by molecular biological methods of r DNA PCR 16 S amplification and identification of different strains of isolated bacteria. By self-made drug susceptibility of K-B paper disk diffusion method antibacterial experiment, further by sodium usnic acid on festering wound common bacteria, the mic and MBC values and to screen out the sodium usnic acid sensitive strains. Finally, in vivo experiments to establish the blank control group, sodium usnic acid group and gentamicin group, fester detection process rod-shaped neutrophil white blood cells and the number of fluctuations, of sodium usnic acid on festering wound common bacteria inhibition. In order for the clinical treatment of pollution in a sodium usnic acid sensitive strains infection foundation.Results:(1)Successfully separated Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus haemolyticus, inhibition zone diameters are 17±0.8,12.5±2.1mm,8.3±1.4mm,9.6±1.2mm.Usnea liquid sodium minimum inhibitory concentration of each test bacteria(MIC) were: 46.08 ug / ml(E. coli), 30.72 ug / ml(Staphylococcus aureus), 69.12 ug / ml(Pseudomonas aeruginosa Aeromonas), 61.44 ug / ml(hemolytic staphylococci).(2) In vivo experiments, Usnea sodium group and GM group neutrophils significantly different at 48 ~ 72 h period(P <0.01). At 48 h, the number of white blood cells gentamicin was significantly less than the number in the control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.01); the number of white blood cells Usnea sodium group was also lower than the number in the control group, the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(3) After 13 d, gentamicin group and the group of sodium Usnea wound healed, while the control group and DMSO group of poor wound healing. Healingrate, 9d ~ 17 d Usnea sodium group compared with the control group, the difference was significant(P <0.01); 1d ~ 17 d gentamicin group compared to the control group and DMSO group was not significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: Sodium usnic significant antibacterial effect on E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus has a good antibacterial effect, especially antibacterial effect against Staphylococcus aureus obvious; anti-inflammatory effect is obvious, slightly lower than the big celebration ADM; sodium Usnea better promote wound healing.
