Purpose: in view of the meat on the market at present the clenbuterol hydrochloride content exceeds bid the damage to human body, now the jurisdiction of tianjin market sale meat point 454 pork, beef, lamb, chicken, duck meat samples respectively clenbuterol hydrochloride content of investigation, which provide guarantee for people’s health. Detection method: colloidal gold paper chromatography and ELISA enzyme detection method for determination, Finally using liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry. the first use of colloidal gold disk chromatography rapid screening, and then use ELISA to determine the content of suspicious positive,Finally using liquid chromatography- tandem mass spectrometry. Results: in the second quarter survey has a chicken samples were positive, the content is 0.8 μ g /Kg; in the third quarter survey have a beef samples were positive, content is 0.6 μ g / Kg; the fourth quarter detection have a pork samples were positive, the content of 0.7 μ g / Kg. Detection method is fast and sensitive, and has high practical value.The positive rate of colloidal gold paper chromatography and ELISA method were same with liquid chromatography.
