Factors affecting soil microbial community structure as the basis of soil microbial ecology research content.,its in-depth study can enrich soil microbial ecology theory,and promote the development of related disciplines. According to the longitude of Heilongjiang province under the same latitude different three(Maoershan, Qinggang, Zhaoyuan) sampling points as the research object in this paper.Longitude of each sample is studied in four different fertilizer treatments(applied organic fertilizer, applied chemical fertilizer, applied organic and inorganic fertilizer,field forest land) under the soil chemical properties. And the distribution of soil enzyme activity. Parsing the farming in the soil microbial community structure. Main results of research are followed:(1) Test 5(pHã€OMã€TNã€TPã€AP) soil chemical indicators of different longitude farming soil in Heilongjiang province. Results show that Use of statistical methods ANOVA analysis,Maoershan 〠Qinggang and Zhaoyuan., beech, three regions total phosphorus content of the applied fertilizers(organic manure, inorganic fertilizer,organic manure inorganic fertilizer) and field plots woodland plots showed no significant difference.Total nitrogen is Maoershan and Zhaoyuan regions application of organic fertilizer is applied to the sample with inorganic fertilizer plots, farm woodland plots had significant difference.pH value Maoershan and Qinggang regions in applying fertilizer(organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, organic manure inorganic fertilizer) and field plots of forest land plots compared to no significant difference.(2) Test 5(catã€celã€ureã€sucã€pho) Soil enzymes of different longitude farming soil in Heilongjiang province.Results show that Maoershan, Qinggang, Zhaoyuan three regions of urease activity is inorganic fertilizer in organic plots the highest activity,invertase activity is the highest activity in soil organic fertilizer plots, compared with thecontrol group increased 7.27%, 10.48%, 1.82%,where in three nzyme urease and phosphatase of neutral increase the maximum amount.Urease activity increased by61.53%, 42.86%, 74.67%, neutral phosphatase activity increased by 51.63%, 60%,50%,Description application of organic manure can increase the activity, especially of organic manure and inorganic fertilizer use.(3) Different microbial soil tillage longitude Heilongjiang Province, Results show that Maoershan, Qinggang, Zhaoyuan three regions were isolated bacteria153,belonging to 32 genera, fungi 136,belonging to 30 genera, actinomycetes118,belonging to 24 genera. The number of bacteria range is 3.83×10~715.58×107 in Maoershan area,the number of fungi range is 1.48×10~52.50×105 in Maoershan area, the number of fungi range is 2.33×10~78.67×107 in Maoershan area. The number of bacteria range is 1.70×10~721.58×107 in Qinggang area,the number of fungi range is0.44×10~53.68×105 in Qinggang area, the number of fungi range is 2.17×10~74.87×107in Qinggang area.The number of bacteria range is 5.87×10~744.33×107 in Zhaoyuan area,the number of fungi range is 0.92×10~53.58×105 in Zhaoyuan area, the number of fungi range is 2.02×10~74.03×107 in Zhaoyuan area.(4) Through CANOCO 4.5 redundancy analysis between soil chemical properties and microbial community structure, it is showed soil microbial community structure presence a certain spatial difference with the change of chemical properties.It also shows that pH and cel are influenced environmental factors in Maoershan,PH greater impact on Aeromonas. cel is the greater impact on Pediococcus, Paracoccus,Staphylococcus and Plesiomonas.APã€sucã€ure are influenced environmental factors in Qinggang,AP is the greater impact on Azomonas,suc is the greater impact on Sporosarcinaã€Azatobacterã€Cellulomonas,ure is the greater impact on Pediococcusã€Agrobacterium, AP and OM are influenced environmental factors in Zhaoyuan,AP is the greater impact on Acinetobacterã€Pediococcus and Azomonas. |
