The saturated soil site proportion is large in irrigation and water conservancy facilities, and the study of environmental vibration in it is still insufficient. Vibration characteristics of seasonally frozen ground region sites are quite different with the change of season. This difference brings some difficulties for precisely designed of irrigation and water conservancy facilities. In this paper, take the rail traffic as an example to analyze environment vibration characteristics in summer, and compare with the same field in winter, which face appear the frozen soil. Environmental vibration law of saturated soil site was given and design reference of irrigation and water conservancy facilities to be provided. The main work carried out as follows:(1) Design surface attenuation array and surface rectangular array to finish environmental vibration field measurement in summer and winter caused by train which pass the bin-zhou(Harbin to Manzhouli) railway through Daqing Longfeng wetland, and obtained three-direction vibration acceleration time histories of each measuring point when the train passing the surface attenuation array and surface rectangular array. To calculate the power spectrum of vertical acceleration and get three-direction maximum acceleration amplitude attenuation of each measuring point curve after removal the background. Vibration time histories, power spectrum and maximum acceleration amplitude attenuation law and energy distribution caused by train in saturated soil are given.(2) The Fortran program was adopted to calculate acceleration vibration level that is often used in engineering. Acceleration vibration level caused by train in saturated soil was analyzed in terms of the train speed, the train axle load, seasonal effects and so on, and acceleration vibration level attenuation law and influence factors are given.(3) The MATLAB program was adopted to make environmental vibration change stabilization, and to calculate the F-K spectrum of random process after stabilization. Compared this result with the result that directly seen the environmental vibration caused by train as stationary random process. The result shows that: the F-K spectrum after stabilization has higher resolution, clearer extreme point in, so the source of incident information can be better reflecting.
