In this paper, research and application of low production performance of beef catt le induced production twin calves of fine varieties were further enlarged, using the be ef cattle AI (artificial insemination)+MOET(Super Ovulation and embryo transplantation technology) and the induced estrus synchronization, in vitro fertilization technology is correlated with reproductive technology system.Experiment 1 Two methods to induce the effect of cattle synchronization in alpine pas toral areasTo compare the use of two methods which is extended in the alpine pastoral areas,90 cows for 4-7 years old were randomly divided into three groups like A(n= 30), B (n= 30) and C (n= 30); Cows in group A were treated by PG method, and the group B was treated with CIDR+PMSG method, and the natural heat of group C was contrast group; then first phase of the same period of heat and artificial insemin-ation pregnancy rate,as well as the beginning and duration of the same period of heat were observated and statisticed,results showed that cows’first estrus rate of 2-4d in alpine pastoral area respectively were 73.3%,86.6%,20.0%,group A and group B were significantly higher than group C (P<0.05); pregnancy rates of cows respectively were 63.6%,73.1%,66.6%, B group was higher than in the other two groups.but there was not significant difference (P>0.05);group A,group B heat time of starting were 63.2±8.5h and 45.363.2±8.59.5h,there was no significant difference between A group and B group (P<0.05), estrus duration were 32.5+4.Oh and 31.5±5.5 hours, th-ere was no significant difference between group A and group B (P<0.05). This illis-itrated that synchronization of estrus rates are 73.3% and 86.6%, pregnancy rates are pastorl 63.6% and 73.1% by the PG method and the CIDR+PMSG method in alpinea area,can be chosen a kind of method application in alpine pastoral areaExperiment 2 Study on induced twin pregnancy AI+MOET in beef cattleThe experiment transfer embryo after artificial insemination in beef cattle as a re-ceptor,establish a complete set of AI+ET technology system, then can improve the twi-nning rate of beef cattle.12donor cow of alpine pastoral and agricultural were Super-ovulatated by CIDR+FSH+PG method,90 recipient cows were divided for three groups. Group A was treated with twice PG method,group B was treated with CIDR+PMSG+P G method.Donor cattle in estrus after 7 days from the uterine horns collected embryos were transplanted into estrus synchronization and artificial insemination 7d receptors in the bovine uterus. pregnancy and embryo number were examined with Veterinary ultra-sound on 45-55day. The results showed that in alpine pastoral and agricultural areas, Super Ovulation recovery average number of available embryos were 5.65 and 6.15, rate of available embryos were 66.8% and 67.4%,agricultural areas of the average nu-mber of available embryos was higher than that in alpine pastoral area,but there was not significant difference (P>0.05). The first estrus rate of 2-4d respectively group A was 80%,group B was 90% in alpine pastoral area,group A was 84%,group B was 9 5% in the agricultural areas the same area of A group and B group were significantly higher than those of estrus rate (P<0.05),different regions of group A and group B were significantly higher than those of estrus rate (P<0.05),different groups of estrus-rate compared with significant difference in different regions (P<0.05);pregnancy rate of group A was 68.7%,B group was 73.3%;twin pregnancy rate of group A was 45. 5%,B was 54.5%,the utilization rate of receptor group A was 80%,group B was 83.3% in alpine pastoral area;pregnancy rate group of A was 72.2%,group B was76.5%,twins rate of A group was 53.8%, B group was 61.5%,receptor utilization rate of A group was 85.7%,B group was 89.4% in agricultural areas,alpine pastoral and agricultural are as recipiet pregnancy rate,pregnancy rate and utilization rate of receptor double contra-st each other there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Experiment 3. The number of ovulation,estrus synchronization and embryo transfer test results and analysis of super Angus cattleTo analysis the effect factors of bovine estrus synchronization,super ovulation and embryo transplantation twinning rate, researched the super ovulation, estrus synchroniza tion and double embryo transfer test study on the influence of Angus cattle,10donor cow were Super Ovulatated by CIDR+FSH+PG method,120 recipient cows were divide d for three groups. Group A was treated with PG method,Group B was treated with CIDR+PMSG+PG method.group C for natural estrus,was not treated, At the same time, the fresh double embryo were transferred for 30 recipient, cows Donor cattle in estrus after 7 days from the uterine horns collected embryos were transplanted into estrus s-ynchronization and artificial insemination 7d receptors in the bovine uterus, pregnancy and embryo number were examined with Veterinary ultrasound on 45-55day.The resul-ts showed that the average number of available embryos of Angus cattle super ovulat-ion recovery were 6.4,available embryos rate were 72%. the first estrus 2~4 days of estrus synchronization rate of group A, B, C group were 81.6% and 96.6%,23.3%, B group than in the other two groups, there were significant difference (P<0.05); Twin embryo transfer pregnancy rate and double embryo rate respectively were 53.3%(16/3 0) and 53.3%(8/15).Experiment 4 Research on IVF TechnologyTaking advantage of the ovaries from slaughterhouse,the effects of different kinds of oocyte recovery methods (follicle flushing method,section cutting method,follicle flushing method and section cutting method different egg mother cell acquisition meth-od). cumulus cell maturation medium (TCM) were added to the day of estrous cow serum and fetal bovine serum of different sources of serum, and SOF and TCM emb-ryo culture system on the effects of fertilization and cleavage rates were investigated. The results showed that the percentage of grade A and B oocytes recovered using the follicle flushing method was 73.7%,which is higher than section cutting method (67. 7%), follicular flushing+section cutting method (68.6%) (P< 0.05);follicle flushing+ section cutting method to obtain the mean oocyte number was significantly higher th-an that of the other two methods and section cutting method,there was significant dif-ference (P< 0.05);ECS containing in maturation liquid oocyte maturation rate was hi-gher than that of the FCS is added to the maturation medium,but (P>0.05).SOF and TCM embryo culture system in the cleavage rate was significant difference (P< 0.05), also the SOF group blastocyst rate were significantly higher in the TCM group (P<0.0 5). It was indicated that the follicle flushing combined with cut section method is m-ore suitable for cow oocyte collection and in maturation liquid add ECS could signifi-cantly promote the cow oocyte maturation and TCM culture fluid in SOF medium was more suitable for the cow in vitro fertilization and embryo development.
