In this study, utilized eight high efficient rhizobia strains from Depeartment of Microboology, Sichuan Agricultural University with pre-breeding, by field randomized block experiments at two typical soybean growing areas:arid-hot river valley area in Panxi (Panzhihua) and a hilly area (Suining), compared and analyzed the change of soybean nodulation, growth, Nutrient absorption, yield after soybean was conducted, exploring different strains of rhizobia symbiotic matching with "Yushi No.8", "Nandou No.12"and local soybean varieties in natural environment, and screening high efficient rhizobia strain of the best match. The main findings are as follows:(1) Five rhizobia inoculation treatments at Panzhihua promoted the growth, raised the nodule numbers and soybean above-ground biomass, and increased the branches, pods and seeds yield. And seeds yield increased 23.1%-56.1%. The yields of the S65 increased significantly by 56.1% comparing with no inoculation, and increased significantly about nodule numbers of per soybean. At the harvest stage, total above-ground biomass, nitrogen and potassium content increased significantly by 28.5%,0.6%,1.2% comparing with CK respectively, which proved the existence of differences between the matching symbiotic Rhizobium strains and different soybean varieties, and selectivity on the ecological environment. Thus, the S65 rhizobial strain is selected out with best match "Yushi No.8".(2) In seven rhizobia inoculation treatments at corn/soybean intercropping, inoculation treatments S8, S65, S22, S46 promoted the growth, raised the nodule numbers and soybean above-ground biomass, and increased the branches, pods, and field increased signigicantly by 25%,23.33%,46.67%,23.34% comparing with CK respectively. At the harvest stage, inoculation treatments S8, S65, S46 increasde the amount of nitrogen accumulation by 19.60%,57.25%,16.41% comparing with CK, and inoculation treatments S8 and S65 also increased the accumulation of phosphorus, potassium. Thus, the S8, S65, S22 and S46 rhizobial straina are selected out with match local soybean varieties.(3) In five rhizobia inoculation treatments at soybean sole cropping, inoculation treatments S36, S22, S65 and S152, field increased by 18.77%,2.62%,12.91%,46.75% comparing with CK respectively, but no significant difference, and promoted above-ground dry matter accumulation and nutrient. In rhizobia inoculation treatments, S152 increased signigicantly by 39.25% comparing with CK about above-ground biomass. Inoculation treatments S36, S22, S65 and S152 increased of 11.51%-65.33% about nutrient accumulation, inoculation treatment S152 achieved maximum. Thus, the S152 rhizobial strain is selected out with best match"Nandou No.12".Integrated whole field application results, inoculation treatment S65 exhibited efficient at different environment and soybean varieties, thus, selected out the S65 rhizobial strain is highly effective broad-spectrum strain.
