Pinus massoniana plays an important role in our country’s forestry production, but due to the long single pure forest management pattern, P. Massoniana plantation has appeared the phenomenon of the decline of soil fertility, severe diseases and insect pests, decline of biodiversity, and a fall in productivity. Planting pure P. Massoniana in the deforested plantations without clearing roots often forms natural mixed-species plantation with some species that can sprout. The research object of P. Massoniana mixed plantation provides for us. With the mixed-species plantations of 5-year old of P. Massoniana x Eucalyptus grandis (sprout) and P. massoniana x Pleioblastus amarus (sprout) and the mono-species plantation of P. Massoniana which were formed from the P. Massoniana plantation on the clear-cutting fields of E. grandis, P. amarusas and P. Massoniana as the objects, the plant diversity and the biomass were investigated and researched and productivity was calculated, the results showed that:(1) The plant diversities under the P. Massoniana plantations in this area were not rich with P. massoniana×E. Grandis plantation (16 species)> P. massoniana pure plantation (12 species)> P. massoniana×E. amarus plantation (8 species) and Miscanthus sinensis, Dicranopteris Linearis, Miscanthus sinensis as the dominant species of greater important values.(2) The Richness index, Simpson index and piolou index in the 5-year-old P. massoniana pure plantation were between that in P. massoniana x E. Grandis plantation and P. massoniana x E. amarus plantation, and the Shannon-Wiener index is bigger. However, there were no significant differences of the biodiversity indices between three stands.(3) The total biomass and the P. Massoniana biomass of these plantations were P. massoniana x E. Grandis plantation> P. massoniana pure plantatio> P. massoniana x E. amarus plantation, and which of P. massoniana x E. amarus plantation were significant lower than those of P. massoniana x E. Grandis plantation and P. massoniana pure plantation.(4) The productivity of stem of P. massoniana in the P. massoniana×E. Grandis plantation and P. massoniana ×E. amarus plantation are significantly greater than that in the masson pine pure forest ecosystem. The productivity of branch and leaf of P. massoniana in the P. massoniana ×E. Grandis plantation and P. massoniana ×E. amarus plantation are significantly less than that in the P. massoniana pure plantatio.(5) The productivity of P. massoniana and community total productivity are negative correlated with the Richness index, Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener index, piolou index. The productivity of the shrub and herb layer was positively correlated with the Richness index, Simpson index, Shannon-Wiener index, Piolou index...
