The effect was big of the breed-seedling material to the sprout,development and resistent-dry of flue-cured tobacco; increasing the organic fertilizer may improve the physicochemical trait and keep the higher moisture content of soil. Order to discussed the resistent-dry function of material on the breed-seedling, the resistent-dry effect of the ratio of the organic fertilizer in basic fertilizer and the water-fertilizer employ on the same or different region at transplant stage,the test studied the technique of the resistent-dry on breed-seedling and transplant stage,the results showed that:1、the different of the sprout speed and frequecny was lower on three different breed-seedling materialsuch as turf,paddy soil and stone soil,but the different of the stocking speed and the stocking time were delayed 3-4 d with the increasing of water-retaining agent; the agronomical character of turf materials was best,that of paddy soil was second and that of stone soil was bad, the control function were more strong to the agronomical character with the increasing of water-retaining agent on material.2、The resistent-dry effect of the stone soil material was baddest which the wilting frequency(70.83% after transplant 8d) and die frequency (91.67% after transplant 12d) were highest, that of paddy soil material was second which the wilting frequency (after transplant 8d) and die frequency(after transplant 12d) were respectively 68.33% and 85.83%, that of turf material was best which the wilting frequency (after transplant 8d) and die frequency (after transplant 12d) were respectively 54.17% and 66.67%.The wilting and die frequency were decreasing with the increasing of water-retaining agent on material.3、The water-fertilizer employ on the same region at transplant stage has the better promoting function to the development of tobacco which the growth stage were shorten 4d, extreme significant increased respectively 8.18% and 20.06% on yield than that of different region and CK, increased respectively 5.74% and 14.58% on the ratio of superior leaf than that of different region and CK, increased respectively 9.60% and 25.20% on output value than that of different region and CK, increased respectively 0.24 yuan/kg and 0.75yuan/kg on the average price than that of different region and CK. The growth-development speed was fasterand the yield, the ratio of superior leaf,the output value, the average price were better on applying 50%-60% the organic fertilizer of the water-fertilizer region employ.4、The technology popularization and application of the breed-seedling and transplant on resistent-dry at pingyuan town may increased yield 2.4 kg/acre and income 42.62 yuan/acre, reduced the chemical fertilizer amount 841.35 ton/year which illustrated the technology brings good economic result. However, ordering to resistent dry,must be carry out the technology of the engineering water-saving irrigation and set water storage at pingyuan town in the long run.
