With the increase of social progress and the process of urbanization, landscaping business has been booming, many ornamental plants are being widely used in urban planning and landscape design. Nowadays, developing and popularizing new garden plants and enrich garden plants are our main tasks and goals.Chinese fir is a very high economic value plant, is also an excellent garden ornamental plants. Its unique shape has a high ornamental value. Addition Chinese fir is a very high ecological value of greening tree species. Its wood contains many useful components, it has the function of improving air quality and promoting physical and mental health of the human body. Although the improved breeds of Chinese FIR research has achieved satisfactory results, Sexual reproductive genetic recombination can occur is hard to save the improved breeds, tissue culture cost high and requires management, the needs of branch of branch cuttings are difficult to meet. The speed of breeding of Chinese FIR is difficult to meet afforestation and landscaping’s need. In view of these reasons, this paper on the basis of the predecessors’ study, study on different hormone concentration and different treatment time on the effects of different clones of Chinese fir and different age leaf of the same clone on leaf cuttings, and study on rooting mechanism of Chinese fir leaf cuttings with Anatomy. The seedling rate is zero of one year leafs of Chinese fir clone of leaf cuttings for 3 months.6、The orthogonal test of two year leafs of Chinese fir clone of leaf cuttings, the optimal hormone concentration of promotting callus is:10mg/L6-BA+10mg/LNAA+30mg/L IBA+ 10min(A2B2C3D2); the optimal hormone concentration of promotting rooting is:0mg/L6-BA +50mg/LNAA+50mg/LIBA+20min(A1B4C4D4); the optimal hormone concentration of the average length of root is:0mg/L 6-BA+50mg/LNAA+30mg/LIBA+10min (A1B4C3D2); the optimal hormone concentration of promotting germination is:30mg/L6-BA +0mg/LNAA +0mg/LIBA+5min(A3B1C1D1). The seedling rate is zero of one year leafs of Chinese fir clone of leaf cuttings for 3 months.7、The anatomical observation on leaf cuttings of Chinese fir showed that the rooting type belonged to induced primoridum; There was no induced root primordium in cuttings, Adventitious root primordium formation in callus, is a prerequisite for breeding adventitious roots.
