Currently, home and abroad farming system are heading efficient, accurate and electronic direction, but most of the domestic agricultural pesticide mixing system of premixed, the operator put the pesticide proportionally into the water, and stir uniform. Among the premixed operation, the body in contact with pesticide, physical health will be seriously affected, also, pesticides have severe corrosion of the air chamber and kits so that the whole working life of the system greatly reduced, when dealing with the surplus of pesticides, human body in prolonged contact with the liquid cleaning process will bring cancer risk, also, the environment will be polluted. Therefore, in order to avoid such a harm to drug mixing person, spray machinery, wrong target organisms and environment, to achieve an online real-time mixing under pesticide and water separation, also the automation of agriculture spraying equipment are the trend of plant protection machinery and technology researching.This paper discusses the development and research of apesticide mixing system. First, the system selects the relevant hardware according to some requirements. The WiFi module installs the OpenWrt and carries out modifications, it verifies the way and the stability of flow meter, designs a relay module. Then it designs the microcontroller program based on the way of hardware controlling, the microcontroller receives the control information and changes the working status of the peripheral hardware, processes sensor feedback command. Besides, it develops a software based on the Android system, this software provides users with visual application interface and convenient operation. Android devices transmit control information with WiFi module through Socket communication, WiFi module and microcontroller change information by serial port communication. The entire system complete the real-time mixing of water and pesticide, real-time monitoring and the spraying range control. Finally, it collects the WiFi signal and processes it, makes the signal more stable. We choose the best mixer by the Fluent simulation of the fluid operation parameters and to optimize the system. It achieves the goals of mixing drugs, automation and robotic development but also a new forms of agricultural development adaptation.
