Due to the special geographical environment, Liaoning province has a large area of saline and alkaline land, such as Panjin, Yingkou, Dalian,Wafangdian City, Pulandian, Zhuanghe and, which is a typical coastal saline soil.Saline alkali land even though the low yield of barren land, but the topography is flat and irrigation will, and saline alkali land become important land reserve resources.Since ancient times, human beings have never stopped to improve and utilize saline and alkaline land.This thesis begins with the research background, purpose and significance of the research, and analyzes the current situation and trend of the utilization of saline and alkaline land in China and abroad, analyzes the situation of China, and analyzes the effective measures of Liaoning Province on the utilization of saline alkali soil in Liaoning province. Through the analysis of the problems which need to be further solved, it can be further realized that the saline alkali land resources is an important resource for sustainable development.The framework of the thesis:The first chapter is the introduction. The research background, significance,purpose, content and frame, method and innovation of this paper are discussed, and the related research at home and abroad are reviewed.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis.
