In this case, a transplanter for durability, fuel economy and job stability require a higher transmission loss is critical, HMT HMT can achieve stepless transmission, the machine has significantly improved the efficiency of rice transplanter is a very ideal CVT.In this paper, rice transplanter CVT control system research, based on the basic control strategy, control system design scheme. We studied the variable pump control principle, clutch / brake hydraulic control principle, hydraulic machinery stepless transmission control program design, the controller is the core of the whole system,which has four input signals, respectively, throttle position, mode selection signals,brake pedal position and vehicle speed signals, respectively, through the corresponding sensor output signal from the host computer or obtained; were HMT control overall system hardware design, electromagnetic valve solenoid proportional valve drive circuit design, communication interface circuit design; were HMT control system software design, HMT control system software design uses a modular approach, the entire control program is divided into a plurality of processing modules:initialization module, self-test module, CAN bus communication module, serial communication module, display module, monitoring and exception handling module,driver module as well as the main program, and is designed to realize the control strategy software programs.HMT makes perfect control strategy efficiency has been significantly improved,the use of AMESim software, rice transplanter engine modeling, data analysis,simulation model of rice transplanter, applications AMESim and Simulink fortransplanter and control system modeling simulation, rice transplanter key parameters to follow the effect of the actual value of the control value better, which proves the control system in intelligent control strategies can be stably work to improve the rice transplanter hydraulic CVT practicality and reliability. |
