Water resources is short and the spring drought is seriously in the arid and semi-arid area of our country. The planting area of corns is vastly in Heilongjiang province and drought occurred frequently, this restrict agricultural production seriously. Irrigating sowing technology is an effective water-saving measures against the drought, however, the irrigating sowing machines have few study currently and the existing models have the problems of complex structure, difficult to spread application and insufficient water quantity and so on.Firstly, this paper through the corn planting test indoors determined the 20.73%- 25.13% of soil moisture was suit for maize emergence. And the mathematical model of soil moist area was established by the test of artificial imitated the ditching-hole irrigating. The soil moisture was measured after the re-distribution of irrigation water. the results showed that the soil moisture under 150 mL irrigation amount meet the requirements of seeds germination, so determined it as the reasonable hole irrigation.Designed the program of injecting water using rod-piston, the water outlet using the principle of one-way pressure control valve and the drive device was composed of rod and fixed. The structure is simple and compact, the movement rule of the push rod can be realized accurately to achieve the requirement of intermittent irrigation. The method of pressure irrigation solved the problem of irrigation amount affected by the machine operating speed and the water level of tank. And the MATLAB software was used to optimize the parameters of the key components of the drive device, the mechanism motion was simulated and analyzed. The optimization results of the connecting rod length is 42.00 mm, 27.17 mm, and 115.11 mm respectively, the maximum pressure angle of the cam is 33.16 degrees, the maximum transmission pressure angle of the driven rod is 22.34 degrees, and all they are less than the allowable pressure angle. Then design the structure of the irrigating device, and 3D model is established using UG, and carried out dynamic simulation analysis. The simulation results are consistent with the MATLAB results, and the mechanism motion process has no interference. Finite element analysis of the main force lever was conducted to test the strength, the results show that the design is reasonable.Lastly, produced the prototype to test the performance of the irrigation device.The results showed that the irrigating water were reasonably, and was little affected by machine operating speed, the average point irrigation water amount was 152.89 mL, realized the point irrigating-sowing, he qualify of seed-water location above 88.9%.
