This paper studies the 89 single boll yield characters of 3-5 chamber of upland cotton bolls, and discusses the different fluid locules number distribution of production in the cotton boll. Fiber sugar which is the main indexes of upland cotton 3-5 chamber was determined. Cotton seed is an important part of the cotton production and output,we analyzed nutrient content of materials for 3 to 5 chamber fluid of cottonseed and cotton seed nutrient. Results show that:(1) the 3-5 locules upland cotton bell cotton boll yield was different,by comparison, locules 3 bell boll accounted for the proportion of total fluid production was higher than 4loculess and 5 locules bell, bell 4 locules rate of lint, cotton economic coefficient was higher. It shows that 4chamber fluid cotton fiber proportion of total fluid production was higher. 5 chamber fluid on the number of single boll weight, single boll seeds and single boll lint yield was higher, the main reason was that the number of single boll seeds had group effect. Cotton seed yield and lint yield showed extremely significant negative correlation. Hubei 55623 ’and’ jing jing 88 single boll characters had outstanding performance in nine provinces of resources of the test.To compare of different strains, the result shows that the hybrid system, cotton, moderate in single boll of cotton production is more than the conventional system, the new land, moderate.(2) The cotton fiber soluble sugar of total upland cotton material different bell chambewere determined. Then we selected 7 copies of sugar-free materials(1.01- 2. Mg/g), accounting for 7.87% of the total material.The fiber soluble sugar performance of different provinces was different in this experiment. Soluble sugar content from high to low in turn for jiangsu, anhui, hebei, xinjiang, sichuan,shandong, henan, hubei, shanxi. All materials, in addition to hebei and shanxi four chamber fluid fiber soluble sugar content is higher than 5 locules bell, other 5 chamber fluid is higher than 4 chamber fluid.Domestic cotton fiber soluble sugar content is higher than that of foreign land. Soluble sugar comparisons between different strains, cotton in xinjiang upland cotton is higher than that; Hybrid system is higher than conventional system; Variety, is higher than in the early.(3) on the entire range of upland cotton boll cottonseed and the determination of nutrient content, screening of cottonseed 4 high protein material,respectively are’China cotton-915’, ’Yuzao 9110’, ’EMUCV-48’(Xinluzao) and ’CRI-49’.Cottonseed 11 high oil material, respectively are ’RTN78(no fiber)’, ’dazemian’, ’jing55265’, ’Australia L 23/757’, ’kuche T-94-4’, ’Australia SIVI’,’Hu749513’, ’ yellow sprout 9103’, ’G- P- 70’, ’mianyang 73-39’ and ’yun 93 kang354’. Cotton seed nutrient contains cotton seed shell, so the provinces material cotton seed nutrient and cottonseed nutrient content from high to low in all material sorting, 5 copies of the test screening high cotton seed protein content, respectively are ’China cotton- 915’, ’ EMUCV-48 ’, ’ CRI-49’, ’yuzao 9110’ and ’CRI-60’. High boll fat 6 copies, respectively are ’wan 828’, ’RTN78(no fiber) ’, ’handan long fiber’, ’ Australia SIVI ’, ’yun 93 kang 354’ and ’jing 55263’. Cotton seed nutrient and cottonseed nutrients are characterized by3, 4 chamber fluid protein content is higher than 5 room bell, bell adipose content is higher than 5 room 3, 4chamber fluid. For land cotton seed, cotton kernel nutrient do correlation analysis and physics properties of cotton seed, cottonseed and cotton seed protein content and means, all the kernel of positive correlation, but in cotton seed protein is affected by the child refers to reached extremely significant level, cottonseed protein is affected by the kernel.(4)Seeds physical properties of different fluid locules have obvious differences,locules 3 bell in child refers to the aspect of, the kernel is significantly higher than other bell chamber, and the variation coefficient of each bell chamber physical traits were higher than that of mixed fluid chamber. In this experiment, seeds physics properties of Shanxi Province is higher than other areas, cotton seed physical traits without routine is good, the cotton is superior to the new department of land, in the late is better than early maturity. According to the relevance analysis of seed nutrient and physical,There is strong negative correlation among cottonseed protein and cotton seed protein and fat. therefore,it can be concluded that the upland cotton seeds may not give attention to both high eggs are high in fat. Protein less affected by the physics properties of seeds, and improving the seed physical traits can effectively increase the fat content, and little effect on protein content.
