Research On Adjustment Of Cotton Growth And Stimulation Effect By Spraying 5% Amino-oligosaccharin

5% amino-oligosaccharin agent is a kind of novel multifunctional biological pesticide with main components of oligosaccharid, which can promote the absorption of nutrients and regulate the metabolism of plant body in the process of crop growth.Using Xinluzhong 37 as research material in this study, the seedling diseases, agronomic characters of different period, physiology and yield were carry out by seed processing and spraying in the field experiment. On this basis, promotion and demonstrationthe were done to clear the effect on increasing yield by spraying 5% amino-oligosaccharin. It will provide a scientific basis for the popularization and application of 5% amino-oligosaccharin. The main research conclusions are as follows: 1. The effects on cotton seedling diseases, growth and yield by Seed dressing of 5% amino-oligosaccharin1)The germination of cotton seeds treated by 5% amino-oligosaccharin was fast with the highest germination rate, which was 72% on April 27 th and higher 10% than contrast., but was low by mixture 5% amino-oligosaccharin and cotton special seed coating, which final germination of cotton was just 65.4% and lower 2% than contrast. The effect of mixture seed dressing was better, which was 4.82%.2)Different seed dressing treatments had better effect on early cotton plant height. Along with the growth of cotton, seed dressing with 5% amino-oligosaccharin or mixture dressing could inhibit the growth of cotton growth. But the treatments of the cotton boll number and boll final rate was higher than contrast, and the mixture dressing was the best.3)Seed dressing with singer or mixed dressing were also higher than the other treatments for chlorophyll content of cotton. The seed dressing with 5% amino-oligosaccharin and chemical were also more conducive for biomass accumulation of cotton. 2. The effects on growth and physiology, yield and quality of cotton by Spraying 5% amino-oligosaccharin1)The blooming period is an important period of growth and development of cotton, and it also a period to induce easily the premature senescence on cotton. Spraying 5% amino-oligosaccharin was conducive to improve the physiological activity of functional leaves in blossoming and boll forming stage in cotton and could increase activities of POD enzyme, SOD enzyme, CAT enzyme, especially in blossoming stage, and prevent leaves premature and provide sufficient photosynthetic substances for boll development. It could improve resistance of cotton in flowering stages and whole growth period by praying 5% amino-oligosaccharin.2)Spraying 5% amino-oligosaccharin in bud stage could reduce effectively the height of cotton. The main stem leaf area was better than other treatments in blossoming and boll forming stage and whole growth period by praying 5% amino-oligosaccharin. The formation of the early boll number was more conducive during the seedling stage and bud stage. However, the cotton boll rate, dry matter accumulation, seed cotton and lint cotton yield spraying had more advantage during the blooming period, and the lint cotton yield increase was 9.1%, and the quality of cotton is higher than other treatments. 3.The field demonstration of spraying 5% amino-oligosaccharinField demonstration results showed that spraying 5% amino-oligosaccharin on different cotton varieties could increase cotton yield, and the yield increased from 3% to 5% by compared with the control,.
