Distant hybridization and polyploidization is the motive force of plant evolution and speciation, To find the deep regularity of polyploid produce characters variation, explore the molecular mechanism of the polyploid characters, to reveal the evolution rule and plant breeding has the vital significance.Corn (WF9), autotetraploid corn (TWF9) and their hybrid with the tetraploid perennial corn is studied, include the heterologous triploid (9DW, DW9), allotetraploid (9AW, AW9), the results are as follows:1. TWF9 in plant height leaf length width stem diameter were significantly higher than that of WF9, and growth duration extension; Allopolyploid hybrids between also produced many characters mutation, such as heterogeneous triploid in tiller number, growth period, the tassel branch number aspects have significantly higher than that of allotetraploid.2. The map of two-dimensional electrophoresis in WF9 and TWF9,125 difference protein from the software analysis,25 special protein from WF9,56 special protein from TWF9,44 different protein in expression. Choose 12 from 126 different proteins in significant difference in the protein for mass spectrometry,6 specific proteins in WF9,4 sugar metabolism of proteins,2 transport related proteins; 2 specific protein in TWF9 are resistant protein; 4 differentially expressed proteins,2 sugar metabolism of protein expression raised in WF9,1 photosynthesis related and 1 related protein expression in TWF9 increases the protein metabolism. WF9 sugar catabolism, therefore, is stronger, while TWF9 photosynthesis and relatively strong resistance.3.Heterologous triploid, tetraploid of proteomics analysis found that the heterogeneous triploid creates some new unique protein except having Shared than allotetraploid, also, and allotetraploid no specific protein.9DW compared with 9AW found 216 different proteins,131 differentially protein in expression among them, the protein are raised in 9DW; 85 specific protein in 9DW; Select 25 proteins from 216 protein for mass spectrum identification, found that these proteins are involved in material and energy metabolism (60%), defense related protein (29%), protein metabolism related (14%), the unknown protein accounted for 4%. contrast DW9 and AW9 found 212 different proteins, 100 different proteins in expression,112 specific proteins in DW9; Selected 51 from 212 different proteins for mass spectrum identification,34 specific proteins in DW9,18 energy metabolism of proteins,2 protein metabolism of proteins,8 resistant protein,3 related proteins secretion,3 unknown proteins; 17 differences protein in expression, including 3 energy metabolism of proteins,1 protein metabolism of protein,3 resistance proteins,their expression raise in DW9; 2 energy metabolism of proteins,3 protein metabolism of proteins,4 resistance protein and 1 secreted related proteins,their expression raise in AW9 expression. Thus, contrast heterogeneous triploid are enhanced in photosynthesis, the energy metabolism, the protein metabolism and the resistance than the allotetraploid.4. On two groups of heterologous three, tetraploid reciprocal cross comparison on the differences of protein found that nine of the differences between the two groups protein 9 same protein,2 photosynthesis protein,2 energy metabolism protein,4 protein metabolism related proteins and 1 defense related proteins. The same protein is core protein that due to increasee a set of maize genome lead to the different source of heterologous three, tetraploid, and the rest protein may be due to differences in both parent materials, producted bias of special protein by affected maternal cytoplasmic.From the above, Corn doubling, photosynthesis and resistance expression protein increased that may be associated with double after the huge effect. Heterogeneous triploid compared with allotetraploid, material energy metabolism and resistance protein expression raised in heterologous triploid, with heterogeneous triploid more tillers and perennial character of the performance.
