Seed dormancy is mean in a certain period of time, a activated seed (or unit) in any normal physical environment factors (such as temperature, light/dark) could not be completed germination under the combination of the phenomenon of germination, it’s in the long-term evolution of species to adapt to environmental changes in the process of a feature, its regulation is very complex, at the same time by gene regulation, plant hormones and environmental factor influence.Aegilops tauschii belong to the family of the gramineae wheat grass goats, is one of the ancestors of hexaploid common wheat, wheat D genome donor. Aegilops tauschii genetic diversity is higher, there are a large number of common wheat in its population does not have good genes, in the biological and non-biological resistance, excellent genes, such as disease resistance, insect resistance improved wheat is a valuable genetic resources. Aegilops tauschii as a wild strong dormancy characteristics, this study based on 402 Aegilops tauschii natural population from 17 countries wheat in 2 years (6 cycles, a total of 180 days) of dormancy, dormancy characteristics of the species system evaluation, and use the successively MaiQuan genome 10 k SNP marker chips on the population structure analysis, at the same time through the correlation analysis to identify potential genetic loci associated with dormancy characteristics significantly. The main results are as follows:1. Phenotypic characterization indicates that the degree of seed dormancy Aegilops tauschii natural population of dormant sexual strong polymorphism; Environmental factors affect Aegilops tauschii dormant traits can.2. Based on features of Aegilops tauschii natural population of dormancy, the screen has a strong stability of the performance of the character of dormancy, dormancy and weak dormant materials in 3 (strong dormancy material: AS623099, AS623100, AS623214; weak dormant materials:AS623134 AS623196 AS623284) constructed successively MaiJiang, weak dormant hybrid group. Through a genome-wide association analysis, identify 11 SNPs loci associated with Aegilops tauschii dormancy, which located in 1 D and 2 D,3 D,5 D,7 D on chromosome. Among them, the two loci located on chromosomes 1 D; A locus on chromosome 2 D; A locus on chromosome 3 D; Five loci located on chromosome 5 D; Two loci on chromosome 7 D.
