| Onion (Allium capa L.) is a biennial herb, the number of chromosome is 2n= 2x= 16, is a typical cross-pollinated crops.Recently, onion genome information resources are very limited. In this study, we analyzed the differentially expressed genes in different tissues of onion. Our project is sequenced on the platform of Illumina HiseqTM 2000.42 683 250 060nt bases are generated totally. In the results of assembly,106 932 unigene are detected, total length for unigene is 84 940 057 nt, average length is 794 nt, N50 is 1 240 nt. We get 52 197,31383,20 498 unigene which annotate to the NR, KEGG, COG database, respectively,36 536 unigene which annotate to the GO database, which were grouped into three main GO categories, which is biological process, molecular function and cellular Component. The total annotation unigenes are 55 017. There are 5 959 SSR detection is identified in this study. In addition, we get and analyze the SNP of every sample. Got 56 522 CDS by comparing the protein databases and ESTScan predicted. Through this study, get large amount of information about total annotation unigene, SSR and SNP, these are very significant to the onion breeding and genetic.Total of 33 onion varieties as experimental material, cytoplasmic male sterility type were identified by combining the two methods of the molecular markers of cob and orfA501. Research shows that 15 varieties of T-type cytoplasmic sterility,8 varieties of S-type cytoplasmic sterility and 10 varieties of N-type cytoplasmic fertile in these. It provides an important basis about onion breeding male sterile line. |
