Breeding And Cultivation Technique Research Of Mold-Make Chrysanthemum

Modelling of chrysanthemum was characterized by its strong growth momentum, strong and thick stem, strong branches and large number of flowers, etc, and it was widely used in medium and large potted chrysanthemum shape at home and abroad, most were used for garden landscaping layout. However, compared with the other types of chrysanthemums, modelling of chrysanthemum was lack of varieties, its flower shape and flower color was single, it was difficult to meet the needs of production applications. Furthermore, more modelling of chrysanthemum was used for the garden department landscaping layout application, mostly was producted by professional technicians with high technical requirements, make use of characteristics of modelling of chrysanthemum, developing the simple, suitable for small and medium sized pot cultivation practices, was more beneficial for it to come into every household. Therefore, this study had a comprehensive evaluation to the hybrids primary lines of modelling of chrysanthemum, and compared their different planting period, topping the number, flowering and ornamental traits, in order to lay the foundation of development of new varieties of chrysanthemum and large-scale commercial business, the main results were as follows:(1)Observe the growth characteristics(plant height, crown amplitude, the total number of branches, fold the grafting yield, main stem diameter, branch rate, compact overall sex) and inflorescence ornamental characteristics (flower quantity, color, shape, flower diameter, pedicels, flowering and flowering) of the 35 modelling of chrysanthemum’s hybrid offspring. And evaluate the individual character. Choose 20 plants that have better characters. Then evaluate synthetically with parents and modelling chrysanthemum varieties. Chose AHP as the method, created a gradient index model to determine its weight; developed the appropriate criteria based on a comprehensive trait score chrysanthemum shape features and applications, and scored each trait index, with its integrated value obtained by multiplying the weight. Finally, score object is divided into four grades, the proportion is 14.7%,41.2%,26.5% and 17.6% respectively. Excellent in comprehensive characteristic are T12-4-14, T12-4-7, T12-5-7, T12-17, T12-4-5-6, T12-3-6, T12-5-12, T12-5-3, T12, T12-1-4-5-16, T12-5-2, T12-5-2.(2) Use two modelling chrysanthemum varieties "Shixin Bai "and" Wanjia Denghuo" as materials, adopt the way of potted plant to research the differences of flowering phase, the whole appreciation and the appreciation of the inflorescence in different planting period, different number of picking heart and different planting mode.The results showed that:The budding period and flowering stages of the two varieties of modelling chrysanthemum are slightly delayed along with the postpone of engraftment period. The biggest difference is 9 d and the minimum difference is 1 d. The difference of flowering stages between the two varieties that engraftment in April and May is not obvious, the difference is between 1-2 d. The difference of flowering stages between the two varieties that engraftment in June and July is slightly larger, the biggest difference is 4 d and 5 d respectively.In general, the influence of different cultivation mode on two species of flowering is limited.In 4 different engraftment periods, the best plant trait is A4 processing that engraftment in April. It’s plant height, crown amplitude, branch number and flower number are significantly higher than A6 and A7 processing that engraftment in June and July. But the plant height, crown breadth, branch number and main stem diameter and so on many indexes of A5 processing that engraftment in May was no significant difference with A4.Therefore, April and May are the best engraftment time for the modelling chrysanthemum to cultivate in open.Two varieties are both having largest flower number with B20,and the main stem diameter, pick heart increase promotes the branch numbers, the plant type is compact, and the crown has a certain degree reduce, but the plant height has no significantly reduced. Comprehensive show that hearting every 20 days is the more suitable way for the heart.Plant set basin makes the modelling of chrysanthemum’s plant height and crown increased, stem is more thick, branch number and flower number increased significantly.
