This paper through single-head feeding from dry matter intake, nutrient apparent digestibility and blood biochemical indexes, milk production and milk composition, feed conversion efficiency, reproductive performance, postpartum disease incidence rate studied the rumen-protected composite anionic salts influence of perinatal cows. This article provided the reference for the application of the additive in perinatal cows.According to age, fetal time, milk production and date of delivery are close, selecting 20 head healthy cows above 2 fetal times, randomly divided into 4 groups(I,II,III,Ⅳ),each group had 5.Research stated from prenatal 21 days to delivery, there were 7 days for preparatory feeding. Each group feeding basic diet;Bassal diet and 200 g rumen-producted anionic salts and 10 g rumen-protected choline;Basal diet and 200 g rumen-protected anionic salts and 20 g rumen-protected choline;Basic diet and 200 g rumen-protected anionic salts and 30 g rumen-protected choline, respectively. The results showed that:①Dry matter intake(DMI) of experimental groups were significantly higher than control group in most of prenatal 21 days(P < 0.05);All nutrients apparent digestibility were generally higher than control group, add 20,30 g/(d ? head) RPC could significantly increase the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acid detergent fiber(ADF)(P < 0.05),calcium(Ca) apparent digestibility of each experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05),add 30 g/(d?head) RPC can significantly increase the apparent digestibility of crude fat(EE)(P < 0.05).②Subsequent milk production of all treatment groups were significantly or extremely significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05;P <0.01);add 20,30 g/(d?head) RPC can improve the dry matter, protein and fat content of colostrum(P < 0.05).③The diet supplemented with different rumen-protected choline significantly affected serum concentration of Ca(P < 0.05);Add 20,30 g/(d?head) RPC could significantly increase plasma triglycerides(TG) levels at part time(P < 0.05),significantly decreased total cholesterol(TCH) and beta hydroxybutyric acid(BHBA)and no esterification of fatty acids(NEFA) at part time(P < 0.05).④Add 20,30 g/(d?head) RPC could significantly improve the feed conversion rate(P < 0.05).⑤Adding anionic salt and RPC could increase the levels of IFN- r,IL- 1,IL- 2,IL- 4,Ig G,the treatment groups of III,Ⅳ had significant difference at perinatal part time(P <0.05).⑥Compared with the control group, the first postpartum estrus interval of treatment groups were significantly or extremely significantly shorter than controlgroup(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Add 30 g RPC could enhance first conception rate;⑦The diets supplemented with different composite anionic salts could reduce the incidence of postpartum metobolic disease. In conclusion, among the perinatal period added pasting anionic salt and RPC could improve early prenatal DMI and part nutrients apparent digestibility, improve perinatal blood calcium and blood lipid metabolism and enhance the production performance and feed conversion rate, improve the perinatal cows’ immune cytokine levels, shorten the first estrus interval after delivery, improve the conception rate, reduce postpartum metabolic disease, based on adding 200 g pasting anion salt among early perinatal, the best add amount of RPC was 30 g/(d?head).
