The results showed that, compared with the control group, the growth performance is significantly higher when feeding Bacillus subtilis(P<0.05). For digestive enzymes` ativity, the three enzymes` activity of hindgut and protease of hepatopancreas were speially higher group when feeding Bacillus subtilisis(P<0.05), as to the activity of protease and lipase of hindgut and amylase of hepatopancreas of Flavomycin group, but Quinocetone had no significant affection on this aspect(P>0.05). In terms to the non-specific immune-related enzymes, we can see the SOD activity was significantly improved and the GOT and GPT activity specially reduced when feeding with Bacillus subtilis(P<0.05), and the two groups adding antibiotics both can increase the LSZ activity(P<0.05), Flavomycin can also reduce the GOT and GPT activity(P<0.05), and the SOD activity was extraordinarily higher in Quinocetone group(P<0.05). Besides, compared with the antibiotics groups, the amylase and lipase activity of hindgut of Bacillus subtilis group were super higher than the Flavomycin group(P<0.05), and it had better promoting digestion ability than Quinocetone. Whatever, the activity of SOD and AKP were greatly higher than Flavomycin(P<0.05), and the GOT andGPT activity were significantly decreased than Quinocetone group(P<0.05). It can conclude that Bacillus subtilis had a better function on promoting growth performance, increasing digest enzymes activit y, and it also influenced the immune serum enzymes activity significantly, So we can use Bacillus subtilis to replace of these two kinds of antibiotics applied in juvenile common carp feed.Exp.2 The effect of Two kinds of Probiotics and Antimicrobial Peptides on Growth Performance,Digest Ability and the Activity of the Nonspecific Immunity Enzymes of the Juveniles Common Carp(cyprinus carpio)An 8 weeks experiment was conducted to study the effect of feeding with antimicrobial peptides(3g/kg), Enterococcus Faecalis(600mg/kg) and Bacillus subtilis(300mg/kg) on growth performance, digest and the activity of the nonspecific immune-related enzymes of the Juvenile Common Carp(12.54±0.03g). The results showed that, compared with the control group, the growth rate is specially higher when feeding with antimicrobial peptides and Bacillus subtilis(P<0.05), and the feed conversion ratio was reduced greatly on all test groups(P<0.05). In terms of the muscle composition and feed apparent digestibility, it can find that the crude protein content of muscle and the feed apparent digestibility both specially higher than the control group(P<0.05) when feeding with antimicrobial peptides and Bacillus subtilis, as to the apparent digestibility of the crud lipid of Enterococcus Faecalis group. For the digest enzymes aspects, they all can promote the effect of proteases of hindgut and hepatopancreas(P<0.05), besides, there were also significant promoting effect on the lipase of hepatopancreas when fed with antimicrobial peptides and Bacillus subtilis(P<0.05), and to the lipase of hindgut when fed with Enterococcus Faecalis and Bacillus subtilis(P<0.05). what’s more, the AKP activity was improved significantly in these three treatment groups(P<0.05), besides, the LSZ activity ofantimicrobial peptides group, the GPT and GOT activities of Enterococcus Faecalis group and GOT activity of Bacillus subtilis group all significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). So it can conclude that these three additives all have a better influence on the growth performance and digest ability of the common carp, and the antimicrobial peptides and Bacillus subtilis had the same function, better than Enterococcus Faecalis. In addition to the above, they all have some effects on the activity of nonspecific immune-related enzymes of the serum.Exp.3 Effects of Dietary Three Probiotics on Growth Performance, Digest Ability and Activity of the Nonspecific Immunity Enzymes of the Adult Common Carp(cyprinus carpio)The present 8 weeks study was performed to investigate the effects of dietary application of Bacillus subtilis(300mg/kg)(G1), Bacillus subtilis(300mg/kg)combined with antimicrobial peptides(3g/kg)(G2) and Bacillus subtilis(300mg/kg)combined with Enterococcus Faecalis(600mg/kg)(G3)on growth performance, digest ability and activity of the immune-related enzymes of the adult Common Carp(173.38±0.26 g). The results showed that, compared with the control group, the growth performance of G1 and G2 were both specially higher than the control(P<0.05), G3 had no significant difference. For the composition of muscle, only the crude protein of G3 is significantly higher than G0(P<0.05). And to the feed apparent digestibility aspect, apart from G3, G1 and G2 both can improved the crude protein apparent digestibility(P<0.05). Besides, except the proteases of hepatopancreas, the three treated groups all had some effect on the improvement of proteases and lipase activity of hindgut and hepatopancreas. The proteases activity of hepatopancreas of G1, lipase activity of hindgut of G2, proteases and amylase activity of hindgut and proteases and lipase activity of hindgut were all significantly higher than G0(P<0.05). what’s more, except the GPT of G3, these treat groups all had some benefit function on the SOD, LSZ GPT and GOT of serum. It can see there is a significantly promotion on SOD for G3(P<0.05) and a reduce of GOT activity specially for G1 and G2(P<0.05). So it canconclude that, both Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus subtilis combined with antimicrobial peptides can significantly improve the growth performance of adult common carp, Bacillus subtilis combined with Enterococcus Faecalis had the best digest ability, these three probiotics all had a benefit on improveing non-immune indexes. The feed which composed of Bacillus subtilis and antimicrobial peptides that had the best effect on adult common carp. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Bacillus subtilis, Flavomycin, Quinocetone, common carp, growth performance, digest ability, non-specific immunity, peptides, Enterococcus Faecalis, digest, nonspecific immunity enzymes, non specific immunity enzymes | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
