Currently the burning of fossil fuels has brought a lot of environmental problems, which is very harmful to human health,so it is necessary to develop urgent alternative biomass energy.Switchgrass(Panicum virgatum L.)is a typical kind of cellulose biomass energy,and professors at home and abroad all have deep studies on the incineration,power generation and the development of cellulose ethanol of switchgrass,and they had achieved a series of achievements,but study at home about development of cellulose ethanol is only at the foundation stage.At the other hand,there is most Saline-alkali land at the Yellow River delta,which is not suitable for farming,thus we should develop some salt-tolerantã€non-grain corn plants.Our study aimed to find out the suitable nitrogen levelã€harvest time and cutting frequency of switchgrass at the special natural geography environment conditions of the Yellow River delta,which will provide practical basis and theoretical reference for switchgrass’ s cultivation, development and production at saline-alkali land.The main research conclusions are as follows:First of all,the effect of nitrogen levelã€harvest time and cutting frequency on biomass yield,ash content,nitrogen content,and lignocellulose content of switchgrass all have significant difference.The biomass yield increased as the nitrogen level increased,but it had no increase of the lignocellulose content of switchgrass,and the ash content and nitrogen content increased as the nitrogen level increased,which is the less the better for energy plant.So we should also consider lignocellulose content of switchgrass,not only consider the best biomass yield of 200kg/hm2.As the harvest time delayed,we got decreased biomass yieldã€ash contentã€nitrogen content and increased lignocellulose content,so we should harvest at winter and fertilizer nitrogen about 100kg/hm2~150kg/hm2.We got the biggest biomass yield when cutting twice,it decreased either cutting once or three times;Also we got the least ash content and nitrogen content when cutting once,above all, it was the best when cutting once. |
