Abstract/Summary:
In this study, it uses a combination of SSR and field identification to investigate genetic potential of Monsanto, Pioneer corn hybrids selected lines.And it uses SSR markers to analyze 41 corns that genetic diversity of including Monsanto, Pioneer corn hybrids selected lines and other materials And use UPGMA cluster analysis to classify the tested inbred lines, it predictes hybrids heterosis level from molecular level.It selects ten Representative of Monsanto, Pioneer seed corns and six quizzes for materials, using NC Ⅱ genetic mating design to group with 60 hybrid combinations, and its field identification of 60 hybrid combinations, investigating 15 yield agronomic traits,Conducting analysis of variance,general combining ability(GCA),specific combining ability(SCA) and total force(TCA).Combining the NC Ⅱ hybridization analysis and SSR genetic distance analysis, integrating investigate genetically potential of Monsanto,Pioneer corn hybrids selected lines. The main findings are as follows:1、From a joint analysis of variance results, in addition to the traits of seed rate, the other 14 yield agronomic traits are not significant in interarea group of the two locations,indicating that soil fertility is uniform in each location. While in between locations and between species are significant and highly significant, indicating that environmental differences are existence between the two points,there are real genetic differences among varieties.2、 In the 10 Monsanto, Pioneer maize inbred lines, area yield GCA positive effects have five,and the negative effects have five, the highest is 12-13(0.1432), the lowest PH6WC(-0.1107). The fist five of area yield GCA positive effects are 12-13,13-1-3,2013-C1,13-9 and 13-16. In the six test species,there are three GCA positive effect value,and three negative effect value, the highest is 13-2(0.1543), the lowest for the lv-5(-0.1221).3 、 Two joint plot of area yield SCA analysis, in 60 corn hybrids combinations,specific combining ability positive effect value have 30,and the negative SCA effectsIV values have 30. The first five is 12-13X13-2,13-1-3XYe107,13-17XLv-5,13-16XW527,13-8XYe107.The SCA effects value range from-0.2992 to 0.3401.4、The area yield total combining ability of the fiest five is 12-13X13-2,13-1-3X Ye107,13-17X13-2,13-9X13-2,13-8XYe107.GCA’s size reflects the level of parent materi als on the merits of a particular traits, SCA’s size reflects the special traits of F1 after two parents hybrid, but each of two can not be a comprehensive analysis of material combinations situation. The total combining ability used to estimate with inbred group with representatives of F1 is feasible.5、Analysing the yield traits and found that, 12-13 has a greater advantage of breeding high-yielding, more rows number,ear full of combinations, 13-1-3 has a greater advantage of breeding ear full, plant coarse combinations, 13-2 has a great advantage at the breeding of high yield, grain weight, number of maize pollen, Ye107 has a relatively large advantage.in breeding high-yielding, the seed rate,and crude plant material,6 、 The study shows that: the GCA and SCA of maize inbred lines have a very significant role in performance of F1 hybrids, but the GCA and SCA of the parents is no necessary connection, using TCA predict the actual yield of hybrid combinations is reasonable. The test result also proved this result, such as 12-13X13-2,it has highest yield TCA and its group of hybrids is also highest.7、A simple correlation analysis about Yield,yield SCA and yield TCA, showing that between yield and yield SCA was a significant positive correlation, correlation coefficient is 0.42;between yield and yield TCA also show a significant positive correlation coefficient was 0.53.8、In this study, it uses 118 pairs of SSR primers to 41 maize inbred lines homologous loci amplify, 183 alleles were detected variation, the average number of alleles per locus was detected 4.5, varing from 2 to 10. Polymorphism information content(PIC)of each site range0.5922 to 0.8848, with an average of 0.7385. Token index coefficient(MI)range variation is between 1.1844 to 7.9, the average is5.4.9 、 Make use of 183 polymorphic markers to calculate the genetic similarity coefficient of among 41 maize inbred lines, which ranging from 0.51 to 0.94, the average is 0.705. Among them, genetic similarity coefficient of the inbred lines 127-1and 127-21 are the highest,it is 0.9123, genetic similarity coefficient of the inbredinbred Lv-5 and Ye107 are the lowest,it is 0.5725.10、In the present study, 41 maize inbred lines is divided into seven categories(GS value to 0.63 for standard).Between classes ⅶ and ⅵ,their genetic relationships germplasm is closer in each class. And in the genetic relationship of the second and fivth class is farther to the other inbred line.
