Serious lack of water resources and serious distribution imbalance in our country, but Chinese agricultural water utilization is very low, which greatly contributed to the lack of water resources in our country. Therefore, developing water saving agriculture has become an important part of saving water in our country. Precise irrigation is an important part of water-saving facilities. In recent years, with the development of fine irrigation and based on the demand of crop itself for crops water supplies become one of research direction of precision irrigation. This study is fine irrigation system based on the crop physiological needs.This research mainly includes two aspects, the automatic filling water system based on crop physiological needs and the mathematical model of crop water requirement based on crop physiological demand. Through the mathematical model for crop water requirement and crop physiological information making decision for crop water requirement and then through the automatic filling water system based on crop physiological needs for crop water supplies on real-time quantitative. The automatic filling water system based on crop physiological demand mainly includes the upper machine and lower machine, through the upper machine under the control of a machine for water supply plants. The mathematical model based on crop physiological needs is based on crop water requirement of change of crop leaf area and change of stem diameter, to establish the mathematical model of crop water requirement, to guide the crop water supplies. This study has completed the design of automatic filling water system design which is based on crop physiological needs, what’s more good effect of crop water demand mathematical model has been established, and has achieved the anticipated target of the research.Finally to build fine irrigation system based on crop physiological demand, and test the system, the test results show that: through the whole test process, the PC software works well, and several of functions can meet the design requirements.Precise irrigation system based on crop physiological needs research done fine irrigation system based on crop physiological needs, plays a positive meaning for the further study of fine irrigation.
