In the 21 st century world science and technology development is very rapid, with the increase of population. There is an urgent search for a clean energy source to replace conventional energy. The main biomass energy is that the biomass energy is stored in the biomass energy stored in the biomass energy by its metabolic activity, and can be transformed into a clean energy which can be used for chemical energy. Biogas is the most widely used biomass energy. General industrial methane into high temperature and the temperature, high production cost of methane is too high, so the main purpose of this paper is to study the temperature under the condition of mixed raw material anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas impact conditions and optimization.According to the condition of our laboratory, design fermentation reaction experiments explore C/N, concentration fermentation, inoculum proportion and temperature conditions single factor influence on biogas production by anaerobic fermentation. Finally, the response surface was optimized and the fermentation conditions were optimized..The resμLts of this study are as follows:C/N 25:1~30:1 is the most suitable for the anaerobic fermentation of mixed raw materials of carbon and nitrogen ratio range. The optimum fermentation C/N was 30:1, and the total gas production and methane production were the highest in the experiment group. In the case of no mixing plant, the general control of the fermentation concentration is 8%~12% TS. In this concentration range, with the increase of the concentration of the total gas production gradually increased. The total gas production and methane output of the TS concentration of 12% were the highest in the experimental group. The proportion of the inoculum had an important effect on the four stages of anaerobic fermentation, increasing the proportion of the inoculum could shorten the time of the non production of methane, and improve the gas production rate and methane content. In the proportion of 5%~20%, the total gas production and methane content increased gradually with the increase of the proportion of the product. When the proportion of the inoculum was 20%, the TS produced by the unit was the largest and the gas production was the largest.Temperature conditions are generally suitable biogas anaerobic fermentation conditions and in the range of 25~45°C with the increase of temperature, the cumulative gas production is increasing, methane content is gradually increased and vs degradation rate is gradually increasing. To explain the high temperature is in favor of the anaerobic fermentation of mixed raw materials for the production of biogas. From this part of the experiment, the optimum mixture anaerobic fermentation biogas production conditions, 600 m L fermentation broth concentration TS 12%, the optimal production conditions of C/N 28.4:1 and inoculum ratio 20%, fermentation temperature 45°C. Prediction of methane production from 1516 m L, 1509 m L. The relative error is less than 1%, which indicates that the optimization results are reasonable.
