In 1976 China imported from Japan for artificial breeding of Macrobrachium rosenbergii experiment and the success in the country, has become an important shrimp of aquaculture species in china recent years, Macrobrachium rosenbergii seed breeding encounters many difficulties, the current artificial breeding of Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae after years of good economic characters of part(such as growth performance and disease resistance and so on) have different degrees of decline; with the increasing size of Macrobrachium rosenbergii aquaculture, a serious impact on the surrounding environment caused by waterflooding, the entire industry diseases of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.And And has a chain effect of Macrobrachium rosenbergii; along with the industry development high density, high rate of water exchange mode of farming, aquaculture wastewater discharging,lots of organic and in organic pollutants inorganic pollutants enter the water, source water quality deterioration caused by the surrounding culture.Along with our country aquaculture scale has expanded each year, in urgent need of reform is too extensive farming model, coupled with the accelerated process of industrialization, the coastal aquaculture production space squeeze, which seriously restrict the sustainable development of aquaculture in china. Therefore, how to purify the breeding water, improve the breeding environment should become the focus of culture ecology research, research and development of effective breeding water purification system and related technology, the optimization of existing aquaculture mode, has a very important significance for the sustainable development of aquaclture in china. Industrialized recirculating aquaculture technology is environmentally friendly mode of production and strong applicability, good versstility, high efficiency,is one of the main direction of development of the aquaculture industry. industry, is an important way to realize the sustainable development of fisheries. This paper will focus on the industrial application of recirculating aquacultue, aquaculture in the two key stages of seed breeding of Macrobrachium rosenbergii(parent shrimp overwintering, breeding), to explore the feasibility of the application of circulating water treatment technology of Macrobrachium rosenbergii larvae in the production of the factory, to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of new production technology of Macrobrachium rosenbergii. Circulating water of Macrobrachium rosenbergii experiment, choose two seedling pool as the experimental pool, pool two export control. The experimental results show that, the circulating water treatment system to maintain the dear shrimp over winteringsuitable water condition of Macrobrachium rosenbergii, provides a healthy parent for the production of greenseedlings, while effectively save water and reduce sewage discharge, circulating water treatment system can effectively use the regulation of Macrobrachium rosenbergii shrimp overwintering dear water environment, to ensure the smooth feeding dear shrimp overwintering, provides the scientific basis for the establishment and application of recycling water quality model of Macrobrachium rosenbergii dear shrimp pond in winter.
