Recent years,with the global warming,uneven distribution of rainfall in Northeast China,High temperatures and drought exacerbated by successive years,Resulting decline in maize production, nitrogen use insufficient and fertilizer pollution and other phenomena, so development the adaptation to climate change and efficient use of water and fertilizer technology, has become the key issue of regional agricultural sustainable development. Water and fertilizer coupling technology is designed according to different water conditions, a reasonable amount of fertilization time and quantity. and thus promote scientific and efficient plants for water and nutrients absorption and utilization, achieve high efficiency. The test is mainly to set different amounts of water and nitrogen fertilizer drip irrigation ladder treatment test according to the years of rainfall conditions, the corn yield under different water and fertilizer coupling, dry matter accumulation absorption, transformation and utilization of plants nitrogen uptake and soil nitrogen studied. The main conclusions are as follows:1. The same amount of water drip irrigation and different conditions of nitrogen fertilizer, suitable fertilizer can significantly increase maize production, the excess fertilizer is inhibition of maize production. The same nitrogen fertilizer and different water drip irrigation, water can promote the growth of corn. The amount of water and nitrogen fertilizer were mutually reinforcing relationship in the corn yield, high-fat low-water and low fat high water all not conducive to increase maize production, W2N3 treatment is the highest yield, but the combination of climatic conditions and moisture drip irrigation and other factors, W1N3 treatment water and fertilizer coupling ratio mode is better.2. The same amount of water drip and nitrogen fertilizer amount, under low water conditions, nitrogen fertilizer 240kg/hm2 less can promoted dry matter accumulation, excess nitrogen is suppressed the dry matter accumulation. high water conditions will promote high levels of nitrogen absorption, higher dry matter accumulation. The same amount of nitrogen different and different water amount conditions, no significant difference between dry matter accumulation. Each processing dry matter accumulation in descending order as follows: W3>W2>W1>W0.3.There are differences in the corn plant nitrogen uptake and accumulation of total volume under different water and Nitrogen coupling. Under the same water drip irrigation, maize nitrogen absorption and accumulation of a positive correlation between the amount of nitrogen fertilizer. The same amount of water drip irrigation and different nitrogen amount,high water helps corn plant nitrogen accumulation. Different water and fertilizer coupling also have an impact on various organs of maize plants absorb nitrogen accumulation. Under different water and fertilizer coupling, there are significant differences in maize nitrogen utilization efficiency. Same nitrogen conditions, high water treatment nitrogen utilization is higher, same water conditions, low nitrogen fertilizer nitrogen utilization is higher.4. The same amount of water drip irrigation and different conditions of nitrogen fertilizer, Total nitrogen directly proportional relationship between the amount of nitrogen fertilizer, there is a little effect on the same amount of nitrogen fertilizer Irrigation on soil nitrogen content. Soil total nitrogen content increased with soil depth decreases under 0-1m, in the same treatment, corn maturity decreased soil nitrogen content of soil nitrogen content than the seedling stage. Under the same amount of water, The amount of nitrogen fertilizer higher, the soil NH4+-N and NO3—N is higher. Nitrogen equal, there is a little impact on soil NH4+-N, Nitrate significantly move deeper into the soil and leaching losses increased with soil moisture content increased.5. The same amount of water drip irrigation and different conditions of nitrogen fertilizer, Nitrogen utilization with increasing nitrogen rate decreases, the minimum application amount of nitrogen fertilizer with the highest utilization. Nitrogen equal, irrigation increased nitrogen use efficiency is increased, excess nitrogen and water supplies would inhibit nitrogen utilization, Nitrogen fertilizer above 240kg/hm2, nitrogen utilization rate less and nitrogen waste more serious. 6. Under the experimental conditions, When rainfall is less than 500 mm / year,the nitrogen fertilizer was 160-240 kg/hm2 is the highest yield; When rainfall is between 500-600mm/year,the nitrogen fertilizer was 240 kg/hm2 is the highest yield;When rainfall is more than 700 mm / year,the nitrogen fertilizer was 160 kg/hm2 is the highest yield.
