The effects of different organic materials on characteristics of soil microbiology were studied in China agricultural university test base, Lishu county, Jilin province. 6 treatments(cow dung manure, chicken manure, straw manure, cow and chicken manure, cow、chicken and straw manure, normal) were included and repeated 4 times, different treatments random permutated and corn was used as crop. Through a unified N, P, K levels, the effects of different organic materials and the mixed on soil enzyme activities, microbial quantity, microbial biomass, soil physical and chemical properties and the dynamic changes of crop yield in different growing stages of corn were studied, discussed several kinds of microbiology index correlation analysis, to clarify the influence of different organic fertilizer and its mix of soil microbiology related fertility index and corp yield.(1)It has certain influence to different oaganic fertilizer and its mix of enzyme acticity in corn growth stages. In the corn growth stages, soil polyphenol began to rise from jointing stage, peaked in the huge bellbottom stage, then fell down.In corn growth stages, single organic fertilizer treatment’s polyphenol oxidase activity is higher than mixed treatment and normal treatment, and it’s all achieved significant level. In the corn seeding stage, cow dung manure’s catalase activity is significantly higher than the mixed treatment,in the filling stage, straw manure’s catalase activity is higher than the mixed manure and normal treatment,in harvest stage, chicken manure’s acatalase activity is significantly higher than mixed treatment, but in corn jointing and huge stage, normal treatment’s catalase activity is significant higher than single and mixed treatment. In the corn seeding、filling、harvest stages, straw manure mixed treatment’s invertase activity is significantly higher than single and normanl treatment, but in corn jointing and huge stages, cow dung treatment’s invertase activity higher than mixed and normanl treatment. In the corn seeding stage, chicken dung treatment’s urease activity higher than mixed and normal treatment,in jointing, huge, filling, harvest stages, chiceken dung treatment’s urease higher than the other organic fertilizer treatment. In corn seeding, huge, harvest, cow dung treatment’s neutral phospatase activity is signifianty higher than mixed and normal treatment. In corn filling stage, straw manure mixed treatment’s neutral phospatase activity is signifianty higher than single and normal treatment. In corn seeding and harvest, cow dung treatent’s cellulose enzyme activity is significantly higher than mixed and normal treatment,in jointing and milking stage, cow dung, chicken dung, cow and chicken dung treatments’ s cellulose enzyme activity are significant than the other organic fertilizer treatments.(2) In corn growth stages the effects of different organic fertilizer and its mixed on soil microbial quaintly change trends are basically identical, both began to rise from corn seeding stage,to peak at jointing stage, then began to decline until harvest. In the corn seeding、huge bellbottom and filling stage chicken dung treatment’s soil bacteria number is significantly higher than mixed and normal treatment, but in jointing and harvest stages the number of bacteria is mostly same.In corn huge bellbottom and filling stages, cow dung and chicken dung treatment’s soil fungi number is significantly higher than mixed and normal treatment. In the corn jointing stage, not only cow dung and chicken dung treatments’ s soil fungi number is higher than other treatments, but also cow and chicken dung treatment’s soil fungi number is significantly higher than other treatments. In corn jointing and huge bellbottom stages, cow dung treatment’s soil actinomycetes number is significantly higher than mixed and single treatments, in filling and harvest, cow dung and chicken dung treatments’ s actinomycetes number is significantly higher than mixed and normal treatments.(3) In corn growth stages the effects of different organic fertilizer and its mixed on soil microbial biomass carbon quaintly change trends are basically identical, both began to rise from corn seeding stage,to peak at jointing stage, then began to decline until harvest. In corn growth stages, straw dung mixed treatment’s soil microbial biomass carbon is significantly higher than single and normal treatment,in huge bellbottom stage, cow dung and chicken dung treatments’ s soil microbial biomass carbon is significantly higher than other treatments, but it has no significantly than straw dung mixed treatment,in corn filling and harcest, cow dung treatment’s soil microbial biomass carbon is significant higher than the other treatments, but it has no significantly than straw dung mixed treayment. In corn growth stages, straw dung mixed treatment’s soil microbial biomass nitrogen is significantly higher than other treatments,in corn huge bellbottom, filling and harvest stages single and mixed treatments’ s soil microbial biomass nitrogen is significantly than normal treatment, but no significantly between single and mixed treatments. In corn jointing and harvest stages, mixed treatments soil microbial biomass phosphorus is significantly than other treatments,in corn growth stages, single and mixed treatments’ s soil microbial biomass phosphorus is significantly higher than normal treatment, but there is no significantly between single and mixed treatments. In corn growth stages, straw dung treatment’s qMB is significantly higher than other treatments,in filling and harvest stages, cow dung treatment’s qMB is higher than other treatments, but it has no significantly to straw dung mixed treatment. In harvest, cow dung treatment’s soil microbial biomass C/N is significantly higher than mixed and normal treatments.(4)The different organic fertilizer and its mixture has certain effect on soil humus in corn growth stages. The treatments of the loosely combined humus have the same change trend, in jointing and huge bellbottom stages, straw treatments’ s loosely combined humus is significant higher than mixed and normal treatments, in filling and harvest, cow dung treatment’s loosely combined humus is significantly higher than mixed and normal treatments. The different organic fertilizer and its mixture has certain effect on soil unitedly combined humus in corn growth stages, in corn jointing stage, chicken dung treatment’s unitedly combined humus is significantly higher than the other treatments, in filling stage, cow dung treatment’s unitedly combined humus is significantly higher than the other treatments, in the corn harvest, straw dung mixed treatment’s unitedly combined humus is significantly single and normal treatments. In the corn seeding stage, cow dung traetment’s stably combined humus is significantly higher than the other treatments, but in huge bellbottom and filling stages, cow and chicken dung treatment’s stably combined humus is significantly higher than single and normal treatments, in seeding, jointing and harvest stages cow and chicken dung treatments’ s tightly combined humus is significantly higher than single and normal treatments, in huge bellbottom and filling stages, straw dung mixed treatment’s tightly combined humus is significantly higher than the other treatments.(5)In corn growth stages, all treatments’ s soil organic matter, available N、P、K have the mostly same trend, both get peaked in corn seeding stage, along with the growth of the corn all indexes according to gradually reduce, until harvest to a minimum. Yield of each fertilizer treatments: cow and chicken dung>straw、cow and chicken dung>chicken dung>straw>cow dung>normal. Cow dung treatment’s fat content is significantly higher than the other fertilizer treatment, straw treatment’s starch content is significantly than other treatments, chicken dung treatment’s protein content is significantly higher than other fertilizer treatments.
