In the irrigation system is described in detail in this paper the importance of automation technology, automation technology at home and abroad was studied in irrigation system, application status and the existing problems in analyzing the trend of the development of water-saving irrigation technology.According to the specific requirements of the irrigation system, the paper design of automatic frequency constant pressure irrigation system by Siemens PLC, Siemens converter, pump motor, PC, communications systems and other equipment modules, the system can achieve automatic constant pressure control, manual frequency control, manual frequency control, remote monitoring and maintenance. Traditional irrigation systems there are a number of issues has been very reliable solution, the system also provides many accessibility features, reliability of the system can be strengthened. Irrigation system was kind enough to combine computers to realize the system of data transmission and monitoring, significantly increasing system performance.This article through to control motor frequency control of motor speed technology, through the network to realize the constant pressure sprinkler irrigation. Through the pressure sensor was carried out on the water pressure sampling, adopt PID module of PLC, the closed loop control by PID module, implementation of water saving irrigation system and energy saving. Paper puts forward the three large pumps and pump unit composed of a small auxiliary pump, to pump frequency conversion power frequency switch at the same time has carried on the analysis and design, smooth and energy saving is to control the process, finally using PC and PLC, through the PC to monitor real-time control data, to realize the remote monitoring of irrigation system. At the same time, the thesis innovative joined the wifi module, control data upload the cloud, can be controlled by remote client terminal.
