Research On The Measurement And Development Potential Evaluation Of Forest Carbon Sink In Greater Khingan Range State-owned Forest Areas Of Heilongjiang Province

Forest is the most important component of terrestrial ecosystem and has the dual function of carbon source and carbon sink.Forest carbon sequestration has important significance especially in the mitigation of climate warming,offset carbon dioxide emissions and other aspects.It has caused a wide range of attention of the world’s governments and scholars and It was included in the international climate convention. So this paper is based on forest carbon sequestration,especially on the basis of forest carbon sink ability to study the development of forest carbon sinks,in the moment has a very important practical significance.As the key state-owned forest areas,Greater Khingan Range state-owned areas palys an important role in response to climate change.Forest carbon sequestration in the region has a stronge advantage in maintaining in the ecological environment.but there are also some problems.This paper takes the forest carbon sequestration of forest in Greater Khingan Range of Heilongjiang Province as a case study,its purpose is to provide the theoretical and realistic basis for the measurement and development of forest carbon sequestration in the state-owned forest areas of Greater Khingan Range.And it also provides the suggestions for the further development of forest carbon sequestration in Greater Khingan Range of Heilongjiang Province.On the basis of accurate understanding of the status quo of state-owned forest areas in Greater Khingan Rrange.Firstly the necessity of forest carbon sequestration in Greater Khingan Range state-owned forest areas is analyzed.And then SWOT analysis of forest carbon sink development is carried out.And the forest carbon sequestration of the area was estimated and combined with the relevant indicators of carbon stokes were comprehensive analysised,and then the carbon sequestration value of accounting,and reasonable capitalization.Secondly,the regression analysis of forest carbon sequestration in Greater Khingan Range state-owned areas of Heilongjiang Province was carrieded out and the relationship between the forest carbon sink quantity and the influence factors are found.Thirdly the potential of forest carbon sequestration in Greater Khingan Range state-owned forest areas was comprehensively evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the development of forest carbon sink was studied according to the results of the evaluation.Finally some countermeasures of forest carbon sink development is put forward.
