With a long history of developing nearly 60 years, China has formed a nature preservation system which is various-typed, fully-functioned and well-equipped. Nature reserve is mow relating directly to biodiversity protection, as well as national ecological security. Kinds of nature preservation forms spring up, such as forestry parks, wetland parks, scenic spots, geological parks and nature relics. That leads to a preservation diversity, and also meets kinds of requires when protecting nature resources in different regions. Meanwhile, it causes protecting repetition and land-using conflicts. Still many nature resources are in urgent need of protection, there are blank spaces in many regions. This paper collected a large number of data about northeast forestry system of nature reserves, forestry parks, wetland parks, and applied the research methods of Overlap Analysis, Space Kernel Density, Hot Spot Analysis(Getis-Ord Gi*), GAP analysis, Geostatistical Analysis based on the geographic information system, to analysis the northeast forestry system protect the spatial distribution pattern, the overlap of northeast forestry system protect area function, and the protect vacant area of Korean pine ecosystem. The main research conclusions and achievements are as follows:(1) The northeast forestry system of nature reserves, forestry parks, wetland parks are concentrated in extreme imbalance in county-level administrative regions.27.52% of counties have not construction of nature reserves, and 33.03% no national nature reserve. But after critical-path analysis of the whole protection area, forest park and wetland park can balance the highly uneven distribution of the nature reserve, and the counties of no nature reserve drop in 11.93%, as well as the protection area comprehensive level has greatly improved on other counties.(2) There are overlap protected area between of the northeast forestry system nature reserves, forestry parks, wetland parks, and the most of the overlap area is Heilongjiang province, which overlap area has 323,000 ha. The most of kernel density correlation is between nature reserve and forestry parks, and the most of potential overlap area between nature reserves, forestry parks, and wetland parks is distributed mainly Changbai mountain area, Inner Mongolia Chifeng, Jingbo, etc.(3) There are 115 nature reserves,105 forestry parks, and 21 wetland parks in the distribution of the Korean pine 62 counties in the city, with a total area of 5,718,700 ha, but Korean pine distribution rate is only 17.50%. The most of protection gap area of Korean pine forest is distributed mainly the southern slope of the Lesser Hinggan, the Changbai mountain area, and the surrounding counties to spread quickly. Korean pine ecosystem with high levels of effective protection is the western slope of the Lesser Hinggan and the Changbai mountain area, and other place gradually less effective protection.Forestry parks and the wetland parks can effectively make up for the nature reserve of its own limitations and shortcomings to solve the contradiction between the protection and utilization of natural resources, but new problems appeared in the building conservation system. There is still a vacancy area to natural resources protection in case of the presence of protected areas overlap among nature reserve, forestry parks and wetland parks, so that the spatial effectiveness of protected area planing is poor. Later in the process of building a natural protection system, not give priority to with simple protect natural resources, more attention should be paid to the protection form overall planning and protecting the resources reasonable allocation in order to increase the planning effectiveness of geographical space.
