Explore Jinzhong City calcareous soil rhizosphere species, solubilizing ability and solubilizing mechanism solubilizing bacteria, according to the findings in order to filter out the highly efficient and stable solubilizing strains for producing a strong biological activity of soil phosphate solubilizing provide good strain, thus achieving in calcareous soil to replace phosphate solubilizing bacteria, reduce the amount of fertilizer to increase crop yield, reduce soil pollution. Calcareous soil is a general term which profiles contain soil calcium carbonate or bicarbonate of lime substance. In China mainly distributed in the north and northwest sub-humid, semi-arid and arid regions, the soil parent materials are mostly loess-like sediments and limestone weathered material. Isolation and Identification of calcareous soils by inorganic phosphate bacteria, better screening solubilizing strains in order to change the status of soil phosphorus deficiency, make full use of microorganisms in the soil and provide a theoretical basis for phosphorus.
