The ideotype is one crucial target of rice breeding at home and abroad currently. The IPA1 is a major gene to control the the ideotype of rice.It encodes transcription factor containing SBP-box, and involves in the regulation of multiple growth and development process. The ipa1 mutant can lead to plant height increase, stem thicker, number of tillers decrease, grain number and weight significantly increased, and has typical characteristics of ideotype. The study use the CAPS markers assisted selection combined the traditional breeding technology to select the low generations materials, transfer the ipa1 to restorer and analysis the combining ability, rice quality and heterosis of the preliminary bredly materials about restorer transferring the ipa1 through incomplete diallel cross. The main results are as follows:1.It has selected 76 restore transfer from ipa1 by backcrossing, self-crossing and detecting of CAPS marker in 4 propagation(Hainang in 2013, Nangchang in 2013, Hainang in 2014, Nangchang in 2014, et all). In this material, it’s has 36 homozygous gene of ipa1 variety. The comparison of transgenic material and parent in agronomic traits prove that the ipa1 can increased the stem stalk stalwarta, plant height, spike increase and change in the rice plant type. It’s selected 6 combination has a advantage in hybridization(Sheng95A×IPA1/R319(BC1F4), Rongfeng A×TN8-sc/anti mosquito green(BC1F4),Wufeng A×IPA1/dubious restore 3(BC2F3), WufengA×IPA1/R319(BC2F3), TaifengA×IPA1/ChanghuiT025(F5), Jifeng A×IPA1/Changhui0791(F5), et all) and choice 5 combination to producte seed seedproduct in Hainan except Shen95A×IPA1/R319(BC1F4).2.For analysising the combining ability, rice quality and heterosis of 8 transfer restorer(TN8-jx/Changhui121(F4), IPA1/R319(BC2F3), IPA1/R319(BC1F4), Changhui0791/rice-2(BC1F5), IPA1/ChanghuiT470(F5), IPA1/Changhui T025(F5), IPA1/anti mosquito green(F5), IPA1/Changhui0791(F5), et all), it crosses through incomplete diallel cross to5 sterile lines(WufengA, RongfengA, TianfengA,TaifengA, JifengA,, et all) and the results are as follows: The GCA in the transferring restorer in different agronomic traits,IPA1/Changhui T470(F5) is best in spike length, filled grain number per panicle, grain number per panicle and yield per plant. IPA1/Changhui 0791(F5) is best inseed setting rate and 1000-grain weight. IPA1/anti mosquito green(F5) is best in plant height, duration from seeding to heading and panicle number per plant. The best GCA in 40 Hybrid combinations is Rongfeng A and IPA1/R319(BC2F3), Jifeng A and IPA1/Changhui T025(F5). In the all combination, the results showed: in the grinding quality, the best in the percentage of brown rice is the series of IPA1/R319(BC1F4). The best in the white rice rate is the series of IPA1/Changhui T025(F5). Appearance quality of the series of IPA1/anti mosquito green(F5) was relatively good. Alkali spreading value of the series of IPA1/ChanghuiT470(F5) was the highest. The gel consistency of the series of IPA1/Changhui0791(F5) was best. The average amylose content of the series of IPA1/ChanghuiT025(F5)、IPA1/anti mosquito green(F5) and IPA1/Changhui0791(F5) was best. The average amylose protein of the series of IPA1/R319(BC1F4) was best. For the transgressive advantage, the best is IPA1/R319(BC1F4). For the cpmpetitive advantage, the best is IPA1/Changhui T470(F5). The IPA1/ChanghuiT470(F5) is better than the other transferring restorer in cpmpetitive advantage and transgressive advantage, the heterosis is great and so it has a great value in rice hybrid...
