With the development of biology, bio-genetics in combination with computer science and statistics, use of advanced theoretical knowledge of biological data for research and analysis to understand the biological significance. Select signal detection is one of the hottest research in bioinformatics, population genetics of modern methods widely used species for understanding natural selection and artificial selection in evolution, have a facilitating role. Signal detection method using the selection of livestock genome to detect, understand the relationship between genotype and phenotype traits, and provide a theoretical basis for livestock breeding.Firstly, the paper describes the background and significance, introduces the selection signal detection research status and achievements in the domestic and foreign, the relevant concepts are described, and introduced the five main selection signal detection method:Fst detection, EHH detection, iHS detection, Xp-EHH detection and hapFLK detection.Secondly, this paper introduces the test process, including the test materials, test method, the method of data processing and data statistical analysis method.In ovine SNP50 HapMap in four meat and Mao Yong sheep breeds of data as the main research object, and then using Plink software processing of the data quality control, and according to the individual sample quantity and sample SNP grouping of a number of differences, selecting Fst detecting, Xp-EHH and hapFLK detection method to detect and sort out good data for testing.Finally, this paper compares the data results of three test methods analysis, the data illustrate the differences and characteristics of the three detection methods, and the test results are related to the biological analysis. Results show that three kinds of detection methods, under the condition of two kinds of detection, Xp-EHH detection method has good stability. Fst detection method under the condition of sample number of individual SNP difference detection effect is better; HapFLK is strongly influenced by two kinds of test conditions. Then select strong part of select signal as the test results of gene annotation, find the most genes have related literature material as the basis.
