With the growing people’s attention of quality and safety of agricultural produce, biological control of pests and diseases has become a hot topic. In the biological control of pests, entomogenous fungi play an important role, which Beauveria bassiana and Isaria fumosoroseus are two major fungal biocontrol agents. These isolates has been developed for agriculture, forestry, pest control in foreign countries, while still not yet in China. Since 2011, Biosecurity and Biological Control Research Center, Shanxi Agricultural University has screened IF-1106 strain and made the relevant preliminary studies, to clarify its insecticidal spectrum and virulence become an important research work recently. In view of that, our study through microscopic three-dimensional imaging technique to observe and analyze the different symptoms of the susceptible pests, and used spray method, dipping method comparative study IF-1106’s spectrum insecticide and with BB-1339 strain. Pest in Acari, Hemiptera, Lepidoptera, Diptera, Coleoptera virulence used probit analysis and time-dose-mortality model to estimate the 2 strains lethal to insects lethal dose and time, the main findings are as follows:Strain IF-1106’s tests of Acari, Hemiptera, Lepidoptera, Diptera, Coleoptera infection could be carried out, their broad spectrum insecticide; by microscopic observation of two kinds of three-dimensional imaging technique insects endophyte Infected host, IF-1106 strain in the host hyphae grow long and loose, was batting, later gathered spores form of fumosoroseus; BB-1339 grows short and compact, it was woolly, later to be the white spores.IF-1106 strains tested different pests’ LC50 states are:Tetranychus cinnabarinus’eggs 4.48×107CFU /mL, nymphs 1.97×107CFU/mL, female mite 9.68×107CFU/mL; two-spotted spider mite eggs 8.26 x 107CFU/mL, nymphs 8.26 ×107CFU/mL, female mite 8.02 ×107CFU/mL; Myzuspersicae’s wingless aphids 1.20×105CFU/mL; Trialeurodes vaporariorwn’s eggs 1.92×109CFU/mL, nymph 1.58 x 105CFU/mL, psuedopupae 2.19×108CFU/mL; Plutella xylostella infestation little egg, larva 1.07× 105CFU/mL, pupae infection rarely; Liriomyza huidobrenisis’pupae 2.53 ×108CFU/mL; Tenebrio molitor very few larvae infestation.Strain BB-1339’s test different insect pests LC50 states are:Tetranychus cinnabarinus’eggs 2.38 x 107CFU/mL, nymphs 7.65×106CFU/mL, female mite 6.36×107CFU/mL; two-spotted spider mite eggs 1.21×108CFU/mL, nymphs 8.99×105CFU/mL, female mite 2.95×107CFU/mL; Myzus persicae’s wingless aphids 8.15×107CFU/mL; Trialeurod.es vaporariorum’s eggs 8.82×10nCFU/mL, nymph 3.57×106CFU/mL, psuedopupae 3.16×108CFU/mL; Plutella xylostella infestation little egg, larva 2.68 ×107CFU/mL, pupae infection rarely; Liriomyza huidobrenisis’ pupae 3.37×109CFU/mL; Tenebrio molitor very few larvae infestation.Combining TDM model analysis showed:IF-1106 strain than BB-1339 piercing-sucking mouthparts of carmine spider mite, two-spotted spider mites, green peach aphid, greenhouse whitefly infestation speed, with the increased processing time, LC50 values decreased. Two fungal species on eggs and pupae infestation effects are poor; virulence analysis of two strains of known IF-1106 strain was stronger than BB-1339; IF-1106 strains of different virulence to pest from large small were:Hemiptera> Lepidoptera> Acari> Diptera> Coleoptera; virulence of different developmental stages were descending:larvae (nymphs)> pupa> egg.In this thesis, the determination of spectrum insecticide IF-1106 strain and virulence compared with the BB-1339 strain, not only proved once again that potential IF-1106, with a very high value in the fight against greenhouse pests also for application of IF-1106 strain provides a theoretical basis.
