Aims:Sulfur anion additives is a production, which made by the modern high-nanotechnology with a variety of minerals will exist in the nature, which was crushed, screened, separated, dried, and according to mixed reasonablely and scientificly. This production can be widely used in breeding poultry, pigs, cattle, sheep and other livestock and fishes, shrimp and other aquatic products, and also be used for cultivating plantings, vegetables and fruits. This production had the efficacy of detoxification, improving the animal and plant’s health quality. After the thousands of rearing experiments with the production, livestock were feed sulfur anion additives, which enhance the comprehensive signs physical and weight in the short term. Methods:The healthy female SD rats were used in the study, which mated with male rats in estrus. All animals were received Sulfur anion additives during gestational days 6 to 15 (this period is the most sensitive process of fetal development), according to 10 mg/kg,33.3 mg/kg and 100mg/kg, checking the weight, food intake, the feature of sappearance and visceral of female SD rats. On the gestational days 20, the Female SD rats had a cesarean, and checking the weight of fetuses, placentas and body length of fetuses; the number of corpus luteum, implantation rate, live birth, visceral and skeletal development of the fetus, the ratio of male and female. To make a comprehensive evaluation for the sulfur anion additive during gestational days 6 to 15.Results:The results showed the sulfur anion additive on 10 mg/kg,33.3 mg/kg, 100mg/kg, for the weight, food intake, the feature of sappearance and visceral of female SD rats; the weight of fetuses and placentas and body length of fetuses; the number of corpus luteum, implantation rate, live birth, visceral and skeletal development of the fetus, male female ratio have no influence. And had no significant difference with the control group (P>0.05). The results were compared with standard value had no influence. The maternal rats and fetal had no teratogenic phenomenon. Conclusions:The sulfur anion additive had no teratogenic effects on the doses of this experiment, the normal development of the maternal rats and fetal rats had no significant toxic effects.
