The research chose the Da xing’an Mountain as the study area, this study was on the basis of collecting the area information and confirming the sampling points, conducted field investigation and soil samples collected, air-dried and analysis the soil samples. Using the method of factor analysis selected the main climate factors, and analyzed the data. Explored the characteristics of the organic matters and the correlation between humus compositions and climate factors of typical forest types in Da Xing’an Mountains. Confirmed the important role of the climate factors effect on humus compositions. All of studies provided not only theoretical foundation for environment condition and regulation forest management, but also summarized the problems in this research and discussed the focus of future work. The results as follow:(1) Parameters of soil physical and chemical properties in the different sources of soil samples all showed regularity changes:with the soil depth is deepened gradually, each component of soil organic matter decreased in different extent. But differences exist in different community types and different soil profiles.(2) Through principal component analysis, the main biological meteorological factors affecting the region are annual average temperature, annual average precipitation, annual range of temperature and the mean temperature of coldest quarter. Correlation analysis between soil nutrient elements and meteorological factors showed that temperature and precipitation are the important factors which affects the content and composition of soil organic matters. In addition, the different soil layers and different elements there were significant differences in the degree of response to climate change, which showed that vegetation and environmental factors change under different community types is also an important factor lead to the difference mentioned above.(3) Succession has very important influence to the composition of soil organic matters, even the storage of the humus. There were differences in soil humus composition collected from different stages of community succession. The vegetation species of climax community is rich, the variation of humus content is small. Vegetation variety in the early and mid-term of the succession, so the variation of humus content is large. In addition, there was a big difference exist among the different components of humus which in the process of community succession.
